Nothing to do with vectors - I don't do them. But jpeg photos pending for 10 days now, accepted but stuck in processing......

Maybe the option to amend certain details while images are still waiting to go online. Two of the photos I just sent up are exclusive to Alamy - scraped through approval I am pleased to say - but I only noticed AFTER that they could have gone Alamy Exclusive flagged..... Too late now as I'm not going to risk resubbing.....

I'd like to be able to add a note to reviewers from time to time. For example, I am about to upload a few images which, by their very nature, were rather more 'grab shots' than I would normally send. But I think they have value. I would like to be able to point out that I am AWARE thery are not 100% top notch but that there is a reason.... Often I don't upload 'marginal' photos of things which I think are a bit unusual but useful, for fear of being cast into the outer darkness of no more uploads for a month....

@Ramin: What did the October 7 email say?
Indeed. The rest is speculation at best. Come on Ramin - what did the email of October 7 ACTUALLY say? And what did the letter from other agenceis say?

Just a belated thankyou to A (in this thread) for pointing out the batch facility which I had managed not to notice before but is really a good help! Ta!

But the issue is how many people WANT a picture of Circassian chicken etc. When we get into really tiny niches, the game has to be well nigh over. I could do pics of all the local variations of biscuits in Italy - can't imagine selling (m)any.... PS I have no idea what Circassian chicken is except it invoves walnuts (!) and maybe it is an extremely popular thing....somewhere....

Ftp has stopped working for me - it happened a couple of days ago - my ftp says it's not getting the 'greeting' from their ftp.
Per Canva, the problem is not their end but all other ftp working here.
If people can confirm that it IS just me with this problem then I'd be grateful.
Ta.

I sent to them a message and the answer was:
"Although I can confirm nothing is wrong with your portfolio - ultimately buyers pick whatever files they are interested in, so usually it's not even clear to us why some files are picked and others are not. Some portfolios do better at some times of year. Although a natural up and down is very normal in practice, especially if under a few thousand files. Please continue to submit your best work................"
SNAP! I got the same email....! But it IS distinctly lower than usual - even for CS!

Batch assignment of photo info - how many people, whether a photograph, digitally modified, type of license, that sort of thing on the last page - would be a big help, so we don't have to do it for each similar image individually.
Just a quick point here - you can already do that...
Er - how please? Can you post a link or something? But apart from that: ANYTHING that reduces the number of boxes to tick. For example the 'it has been digitally altered' is really only relevant to Editorial....isn't it? In any case, if it HAS been digitally altered (what photo hasn't?) you then you have to go back to another place to explain WHAT has been done - at least this comment area - if deemed necessary - could be nearby. Plus a nice drag and drop to get keywords into categories from IPTC.

The info isn't changing - unifinished files and pending image files never change.
I am also fairly confident sales aren't being reported either (get notifications via Picniche tool, but nothing shows on DT).

I've had 9c ones too (((((((( which is why I barely uploaded anything for ages - but I thought they were likely to be a thing of the past under the new scheme of things....

As an indie, the changes to IS pricing (for once!) seemed to be in my favour - and it was good to see one dollar plus downloads again.
BUT today I see XLarge Regular $0.29 USD
Has there been a change....back?

Hmmmm...confused by technology here! I work in AdobeRBG then turn to SRGB JEG for upload. As I understand it (maybe wrong!) to submit PNGs it would be necessary to tart up the file in TIFF and save it as basic main document then re-save as a PNG from the TIFF fro Canva then return to the TIFF and save it again as JPEG for everybody else?
Sounds like a pesky extra little routine - is it really worth it? Let alone having 3 copies of every file. Or have I got it all wrong.....

I've got a Payoneer card but don't recall ever getting a PIN. So I can't get money out unless I spend it online or arrange direct payment to my bank. Is there still the ATM option? Maybe I have just lost my PIN but I see no way on the site to request another: is it possible? (I am in Italy). Am I missing something obvious? I emailed Payoneer but the silence is deafening. Any suggestions much appreciated - I was hoping to buy a lens off a friend this weekend.....!

Worse than August. Just better than May and June which were truly terrible.
