Yaymicro / Re: Yaymicro - Legal solution ideas

Btw how can we make sure deposit delete the files. Apparently yay submitted with their own name not contributors. I mean how is it possible to detect among 1.2 million images. Is it our "job" to find each with links etc? What do you think?

I tried to upload with new sftp, it works on filezilla, not on xpiks though :)

also tried the old way, that one works as well.

However the worst part is that old ftp system recognize our metadata on videos, this new one does not work. Can you make sure at least it work, it would be easier for us.

I think this is a great idea, I like it. I tried to make a basic one for myself without checking the real data :) This one can work, keep going.

Hi,

I am not specifically doing it but I uploaded some footages shot with ıphone 7 (not a good camera) and they were sold on istock. I think only when you catch a good moment, buyers can ignore the low quality. And I believe that this is not valid for shutterstock and adobe, difficult to pass the quality check when you submit.

If you have not uploaded, submitted, and had a file approved during the last 2 years your account will be at risk of deletion, cancellation & any pending balance owed will be reset or forfeit.

LOL, so they can keep your content up AND reset the balance. I said it before but these people are on a whole new level
Phew I don't come here much often now, and wow didn't really notice all this crap, I just noticed increased earnings from Yay. I still have the Skype contact of the ''new owner'' at Yay as I initially uploaded my portfolio on their ''new opening'' but I knew nothing about all this Depositphotos crap and fake partner sites. The way we see our earnings we have no way of knowing if the sales are accurate or where they come from. I sure never agreed to have my portfolio up on Depositphotos when my images are already there in the first place, so they are competing my own images!.

I'll contact them and dig into it but if nothing moves on my side I will take legal actions. If I go that way I'll let you know here in case we can voice our claim together

Please. I am also stopped to upload but haven't deleted anything or closed account since it seems futile for now. Let us know please.

I think SS is rewarding contributors in search after upload rate.
The more uploads in a period, the higher ranking.

This could be the reason and a plausible guess.
Do we know a concrete proof, not just for ss but also for other stock companies?

DepositPhotos / Re: Yayimages contributor on Depositphotos

Entire business policy of Yayimages is apparently this. They want the contributors to upload their works onto their website, and they take them to upload to some other stock agencies. And they don't pay for it to tell the truth. Unfortunately I was one of those contributors, and when I realized this, I gave up.
