They changed the number of uses allowed before you needed to buy an EL. Since then, almost non-existent. Good for the buyer. Good for Shutterstock. Bad for the Photographer.

Follow this simple formula: Divide 150K by your current yearly earnings. Multiply that by your current number of images. Subtract your current number of images from that number. The result is how many you have to upload. But you have to that within the next couple of weeks or the formula will be obsolete.

It's amazing to me how website 'designers' never actually try and use the page they have designed. Getting contributors to move the mouse and click all over the screen is just bad design.
Look at the new Adobe 'Insights' page. It's now 4 clicks just to see your Activity Statistics. It used to be one click.
Who at Adobe thought it best for us to see the 'Contributors of the Week' before our own statistics?
Bookmarks in your browser are your friend.
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/en/insights/sales-earnings
Mark it, now one click.
Is there a way to get to that from the normal Insights page? Agree with all others here. I like Adobe stock, but the web page reminds me of Istock. Designed with no input or feedback from users.

After a hundred years of research, study, and experience, climatologists can tell us with absolute certainty that tomorrow it might rain and it might not.

Yeah, my free year would be ending in March, but I got another 2 months from buying a Seagate external drive.

I set up a Dropbox Business account, and it's the best thing I've done for a long time.
The amount of money I've spend on harddrives (including a 48TB NAS-server configuration that required way too much maintenance) is ridiculous.
At the moment we have 58 TB stored on Dropbox. Everyone I work with can access any files from any shoot anywhere in the world at anytime. It's brilliant. It especially comes handy when you collaborate with people remotely. But it comes at a price and requires a good Internet connection when we upload our shoots.
$720 a year?

I used Backblaze for years. Cheapest by far including all connected external drives. Full time, real time backups. But last year, I noticed a lot of files having to be backed up. Support said sometimes it refreshes old files or some crap. After blowing my data cap for 2 months I dug into it and the number of files they had was far less than what I had, so in my mind, they lost a big chunk of my data.
So currently, I am using 3 externals, with one kept off site.
I am looking at other cloud backups, but will need to pay at least twice what Backblaze charges.
So, right now, looking at Crashplan, Carbonite and iDrive. The last isnt unlimited, but at 5Tb, it will hold me for a few years.

I've tried a lot of these tools and though I've been using the same one for years, this one looks interesting enough to spend a little more time on. A couple observations. It is looking at recent files; a file of mine uploaded a couple of days ago popped up in my search.
Also, and I may be wrong, but the words you got if you clicked 50 and the ones you got if you click 25 and changed it to 50 aren't the same.
Per relevance, two that showed up in mine were lscape and lmark. I can't imagine anyone ever using those tags to look for an engine, so would question the relevance.
At any rate, looking forward to digging in a bit more.

Yeah, I just asked them to delete all my images and cancel my account. I asked them 6 months ago why none of mine have been released, and why they all have the error of No English Captions, and I'm still waiting.
You cannot have sales because your photos have no Model Release and Property Release Information. They are simply not on sale... But why are you uploading new Photos every day if you have deleted your account six months ago? your last upload is from today (image 13186244)...
Have you really just come on and started revealing private information about this users account on an open forum?
I didn't say I deleted my account 6 months ago. I said I asked for support 6 months ago and was still waiting. Per your email, I was willing to go on and go through the tedious task if changing all of my images, despite the fact that it kept logging me out and crashing, but since you decided to confront me in an open forum, I will be deleting my 1,200 images, not "uploading new images every day," until you had my complete portfolio of 50K images, and cancelling the account. To everyone else here, in the terse response I got by email, Mr Krabs told me that if I would check the forums, I would see that there were sales here. Also note that if you choose to delete your images it will take 7 months. "Deletion date: 08.07.2019" Goodbye Zoonar. And for the record, I have been doing this for 14 years and this is the first time, despite dismal results or problems, I have ever deleted my portfolio from any agency.

Two questions: First, I sign in using my Stocksubmitter login and it says, "This service is under construction now and only those invited to the beta can use it. " Did I misunderstand or am I doing something wrong?
Two, I've read the blog, and posts in various places and I'm still not sure I understand what it will do for me. I've been using Stocksubmitter for a long time, and am happy with it. Not sure what the new site does in addition Of course, if I could look at it, I might understand better.
Edit: Ok, actually three questions. If I enable it in Stocksubmitter, what does that do for me in addition to what is already being done?
Thanks

I don't think a dollar is too low for one pixel. 21,795,840 pixels is another thing.

Wow, this is a cheerful, supportive group. I'd forgotten why I don't come here very often. Maybe people should get together and create a forum just for microstock. Oh...wait....
OP, congrats. I remember that day about 12.5 years ago for me. Keep it up and don't worry about the people who apparently have plenty of free time on their hands and nothing better to do than tear people down.
Now, excuse me, I need to get back to creating images.

Probably going to regret stopping by here, but here goes.
In my lifetime, Democrats have never lost an election. ever. Either they win, in which case, there is apparently no shenanigans or cheating, or they was some variation of cheating or other scandal. But lost? Never happened.
