I am set up as a limited company so as such I am employed by my company do I still apply for a ITIN number with a W-7 form? or do I have to use another form?

Is there any restrictions on using Standard Royalty Free licence for CD cover? The reason I ask is that an musician has contacted me about using one of my images for the cover of the CD. It will be a small first run.

This morning took me a bit longer than normal as I hit congestion around the front door as my girlfriend decided to put her shoes on in front of me adding another 10 seconds on to my short walk down the hall to my office from my bedroom. If I dont hit traffic I can normally do it it 4-5 seconds! Sometimes I take the scenic route via the toaster and kettle if I am really feeling crazy!

FlemishDreams you have been misinformed, I am just a solo artist and not a group or collective.
Maybe you got that impression because of my chameleon like ability to produce a wide variety of illustration styles!
or more likely that I spend too much time on the forums and wouldn't have any spare time to produce work! 
Either way I am too greedy to share the small amount that I did get from the microstock industry!

I tried to upload zipped files to fotolia the preview showed but the metadata didn't appear, so I sent a query to fotolias support and they told me that that feature isn't live yet!
