Hi I wait for 3 month no payment I mail 3 Times to crestock no answer, I post on there on forum 2 Times passt 3 Weeks no answer. I told them to delet my works no answer.

It looks like crestock goes down littel by little.
I wait over 6 Weeks of my requestet payout. Evern Crestock dosen´t apply new grafics of my for the same time. They are still waiting. I wrote 3 Mails to Crestock about my payment but no replay.

Today I can´t log in on crestock !

it loks like down. I just won´t to get back my money and then I will delet my works there. I feel really sad about the way how crestock handel there photographs. Does anyone got a mail back from crestock about there situation ?

Humm I just don´t understand why I dosent have one sale. Even just one will show something is going on at BigStock. But zero sells show me just a dead side with many uploder and less buyer.

Did anybody recieve more then 50 $ at bigstock ? I upload more then 300 Graphics in the last two month I sell nothing Why it get such a big score with 3.2 on Up Comming Stockportal on Microstock Groub ?

Humm I uploade last week 64 Images made in 3d 63 was approve 1 goes rejected. But right now i dosen´t sell anything. Does any one sell more as 10 graphic on veer?

Maybe this help you a bit. it is the Image # requirements for veer

JPEG photos and illustrations

* Resolution: Minimum 1600 x 1200, preferred 3000 x 2000 or larger
* File size: Minimum 700 kilobytes, preferred 1 megabyte or larger, maximum 20 megabytes (compressed file sizes)
* Color profile: sRGB or Adobe RGB 1998
* Save at quality level 9 (strikes a good balance between file size and file quality)
* Balanced highlights and shadows
* Avoid upsizing files more than 5% from the original in-camera resolution

EPS vector illustrations

* Maximum Artboard Size: 18 inches (1296px) by 18 inches (1296px) @ 300 ppi
* File size: Preferred 300 kilobytes or larger, maximum 20 megabytes
* EPS format, AI8 compatible
* No open paths
* Avoid gradients that may limit editing flexibility in some software

I am new at Microstock Group.

I come for Germany so my english is not the best. Sorry. I don´t have much know how about taking pictures. My focus is more on 3d rendering.
If enybody know a nice place to talk over 3d rendering with Blender Bryce oder carrara please post her.

Hi to ping upload.dreamsime.com.

(For Vista)
Go Start-> Search => (Search for "CMD"). A new window will open.
Write "ping upload.dreamstime.com. You will see all Information about Ip and the sendet Packets

I hope it help. a better Idea is start Internet Explorer and go to the Page ftp://FTP://upload.dreamstime.com. Enter your Dreamstimenummber and your Password. If you can enter the page everything will be fine. If you cant enter dreamstime hade a error on thery server

Another Idea. Befor you can start Uploading you have to activat the FTP unter your dreamstime Managment Area. I check out and dreamstime work nomaly so no Problem
