I am iStock exclusive, so I assume from there. How? I don't know. I don't believe they paid for my files.
Thank you for your response.
A member mentioned a way to download iStock footage via Canva. If you search the forum, you may find that thread.
I'm not sure if that works with animations, but for footage, I take a screenshot of each clip and upload them once to pixsy.com.
You would then receive an email alert when one of your clips is uploaded to an agency for sale. Then, you could contact the relevant agency to take down your clips and close down the account.
I hope this information is helpful.
Best of luck on your journey.

From which agency do you suspect the person stole your content?
We should all keep an eye out for fraudulent accounts. Last month, I had Shutterstock close an account with more than 5,000 stolen videos.
I'm always on the lookout for more fraudulent accounts with stolen content.
Having their accounts closed is satisfying.

His videos are of very low quality. Thus, I assume most of them are his own.

Do you sell on one of those unlimited download subscription site?
I am iStock exclusive.
I already answered above: Someone posted link on iStock forum to a online tool where you can download iStock and Shutterstock videos for free in HD resolution, which is very disturbing. That online tool remove watermark and create new file, which you can download and use. I assume thief use same technique.
What is the name of that tool?

So the thief downloaded your videos on iStock paying $5-10 per clip on their subscription plan? Wow. It's not safe to sell videos on any subscription plan now. Only Pond5 clip by clip purchase system is safe. Thieves won't pay $50/clip to upload them on their own.

This contributor stole almost half of my video portfolio:

Check your files too.
Did the theft happen on Artlist or Storyblocks?

The third one (the original artist) replied me, and he reported it. Hopefully it won't take long. I am curios if they just delete one image or the whole port.

Anyone actually receive the payment yet?

I wonder if I should delete my Bigstock as well, since Shutterstock owns it?

Offtopic question, but it has connection with SS, and it's caused by "exciting" news.
If I opt out from Image sales, Footage sales, Sensitive use and Enhanced license (in SS account settings) will all my files be removed from all SS searches, including partners sites?
Thanks!
Yes, if you look at your dashboard where it says Image portfolio it will have 0 next to it. Click on it and it will say "This contributor has no active images in their portfolio."
Partner sites, who knows? Give me a partner sight and I will have a look.
