General Stock Discussion / Re: A list of partner programs
« on: February 05, 2013, 05:24 »
Can anyone confirm that Ingram Publishing's SignElements (formerly iSignStock) feeds into Thinkstock? Thinkstock being a Google Drive conveyor.

Apologies if I've missed something already posted.

[Edited for clarity]

Hello,

Just answered to this query here: http://www.microstockgroup.com/istockphoto-com/removing-photo-from-thinkstock/25/

We're not distributing any content originally uploaded to SignElements to Thinkstock :)

I just thought I'd bring up this thread again so people can discuss how to get their images off thinkstock as well.

When you remove your images from iStock and they aren't disappearing from thinkstock, make sure they aren't still coming from another partner.
Zoonar, Stockxpert and signelements (I believe) all have their images sent to thinkstock.

Hi everyone,

Were aware of the Getty/Google drive discussion on microstockgroup and have contacted Getty about it.

Just thought I'd clarify though, we're not distributing any content originally uploaded to SignElements to Thinkstock - so you'll be "safe".

Cidepix: Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. As you have reported elsewhere on this forum these particular images are represented by several sites - including Shutterstock as 'High Leg studio'. If there is indeed any copyright infringement then we are extremely anxious to investigate it properly. Would you kindly send me specific examples. If proven or even if we agree that a file is unacceptably similar then we will take it up with the studio and remove the file/s.

However, yours is an allegation at this point. It would not be right for us to provide this large studio's contact information publicly while your claim is being investigated. Please correspond with me directly on this subject at [email protected].

hi there,

thanks for the message..

just to let you know that I have sent you an email at that address and got an automated "Out of Office" response..

No problem! The address is forwarded to my colleague as well as me, hence the 'Out of office'-message. I've got a copy and will look into it asap.

Thanks for your patience.

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope all you all have had a well-deserved break.

To Deyan Georgiev: I have just checked your royalties and indeed the results have not increased in the same pace as your portfolio has.

The explanation to this is, just as RacePhoto mentions, that we have added a large amount of new content to the site over the last few months and this has started to dilute sales. However I expect our new marketing campaigns and improved variety of images to positively affect your sales in the long run.

Hi everyone,

Were sorry about the technical issue with the August royalties, just as Charl mentions, it was sorted on Monday and it shouldnt happen again.

Thanks for the feedback on the watermark situation. Weve made the necessary changes and there is now a permanent watermark on SignElements, whether logged in or not.

Let me know if any questions,
Lotti

Do you guys have FTP Upload?
I signed up but cannot find any information regarding FTP.

If you email me on lotti [at] ingrampublishing [dot] com and let me know what email address you've registered with I'll set you up with FTP details.

Hello everyone,

You may have noticed that the contributor area has recently had a little facelift. Here is some information on the changes:

When reviewing we normally leave any images which need model releases pending so you can assign one if its available. To improve this procedure you can now filter images in the Release Manager to view only those that are waiting review. There is also a new Select all feature to quicken up the whole process of assigning releases.

Along with this we have extended the royalties page so that you can now see an outstanding balance since last pay-out. Email notifications are now being sent for pay-out requests.

All feedback is welcome,

Lotti

Any word guys on when the second phase of the site update will happen?

Before the end of the summer the second phase of the layout update will be live.

We're also working on some changes to the contributor interface, which I hope will be implemented within a few weeks now.

I'll keep you posted.

Best,
Lotti

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the feedback on the FTP situation.

As from today it is not possible to modify or download any content on the server. Contributors that choose to use the FTP for submissions can only write, that is upload their own images.

Id just like to reassure you that although the previous system wasnt perfect, the risk of abuse was slight. Uploaded images were processed almost immediately so the risk of accessing another's content was always minimal.

Let me know if any questions!

Hi everyone!

Just posted some more info about our name change here: http://www.microstockgroup.com/new-sites-general/isignstock-becomes-signelements/

Regarding the image views, there was indeed an issue overlooked when isignstock.com got redirected to SignElements.com. However this has been corrected now and everything is up to date!

Hi All,

As Im sure some of youve already noticed weve just moved to SignElements.com

As the company expanded its remit, into exciting new areas and partnerships, we felt it was appropriate to re-think the brand identity, beginning with a new name
We believe SignElements will steer us in the right direction, setting ourselves aside from other stock agencies with our unique focus on the sign industry. The name change will be accompanied by a sound new layout updated in two stages, the first which went live earlier today.

There will be no hassle for our contributors as youll be redirected to signelements.com automatically, and your login details remain the same. Of course weve also transferred your contributor area with all features and personal history.

Until the final facelift, have a look at the new watermark here: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=312890945462096&set=a.166168220134370.43323.150231388394720&type=1&theater
we hope you like it!

I hope Luis answer was helpful. Though if you're still are having any difficulties feel free to email me at lotti[at]ingrampublishing.com

Good to see some of you have been getting familiar with the affiliate program!

Just couldnt help to notice that the links youve published here are all to the iSignStock landing page. So, I just wanted to draw your attention to the opportunity for you all to promote your individual portfolios!

To do this just log into www.isignstock.com and generate a new referral link in the Affiliate Tools-area, but make sure the select target-option is set to Link banner to my portfolio as opposed to the website.

A little tip!

Best,
Lotti, iSignStock
