Adobe Stock / Generative Fill in Photoshop Beta now!

Finally Adobe introduced its brand new Generative Fill technology with Photoshop Beta. Everything can be done easier now but what are the usage circumstances of this feature? Can a photographer use it on photos and sell on any agency? As far as i know, Shutterstock only works with Dall-E and Adobe has it own Firefly technology.

I have set of photos of a model with signed model release in 2019. What should i do when i upload a new photo from this session? Should i get this new release signed with the new date (2023) or old date (2019)? There is a big confusion in the dates.

According to wiki public domain photos can be used or sold for profit but i am not still sure. Is it possible use public domain photos in print projects and sell? Is making effects or adjustments allowed?

Pond5 / 1/60 shutter speed and 30 Frames necessary for stock videography?

Using the shutter speed with double value of the frame rate is necessary for stock videography always? If i shoot a video outdoors without a Nd filter everything is so overexposed and i need to increase shutter speed. Can i use these type of videos and sell in Pond5?

Hi,

I made a paper cutout people with simple drawings in 2016 and i have been using this since that date without any problem. In my last upload, I used in my photos and SS declined all and demanded property release. I will fill the release but i don't decide the dates because i created cutout in 2016 but i used them in photos which i took in 2019. Should the property date and shoot date be the same?

At last, it is January 1st and we saw the results of the new problematic system. I have 3 simple questions:

1. Monthly account balance is gone. How can a contributor see the monthly earnings?
2. Earnings of december 2016 are indeterminate. I can not see it in the pending list in Payouts Report page.
3. Forum also is gone. There is a link to gettyimages site but i can not login to getty with istock username and password. How can contributors reach this forum in getty? A new registration as a contributor or existent account of istock?

I had a photoshoot of a model in several concepts. It took me three days. Do i have to fill model releases for each day or only one model release for all days. I'm selling at Istock, Fotolia, Dreamstime and Shutterstock.

I found a site selling framed pictures. The owner of the site is using fotolia photos and using them for commercial purposes. Site visitors select photo, size and frame type then order. Image previews have fotolia watermark.

Is it legal?
