I read your story in adobe forum. As I understand your account was blocked because you used some elements in your pictures which copyrights doesn't belong to you? Is it correct? Do you know which pictures and elements cause you all these problems? Or atleast you have in mind which pics could it be?

A couple of years ago, I went through a lot of trouble trying to deal with some infringements of my photos by thieves. One guy contacted me, claiming to be a "lawyer," and said he was looking for copyright infringements because he noticed many of my pictures that could potentially have been stolen, especially from Shutterstock. We made a deal and signed some sort of contract. I thought he would be looking for people who were actually stealing my photos, but instead, he was targeting Shutterstock customers who had incorrectly credited me. He started sending them letters with demands and claims.
Naturally, these customers contacted Shutterstock support, and after a couple of months, my account was suspended. Shutterstock asked me to retract all the demands made to their customers, along with other requirements they imposed on me. Of course, I immediately terminated my contract with that so-called "lawyer" and complied with all of Shutterstock's demands. Thankfully, the lawyer also took steps to retract those demands. After 3-4 months, my account was reinstated.
However, I lost 3-4 months of income, and during that time, all of my images were invisible in Shutterstock's search results. After my account was reinstated, it took about half a year to regain my previous standing. In this situation, I dont blame the lawyer or ShutterstockI was just naive and blame myself for not doing more research before signing the contract.

Today I got exceptional fast review. It took about 1 hour to approve pictures. But it was editorial category. Mostly it take about 1 day to review editorial pics, but today was speed of light however i have some standart photos which are sitting in review list more than month lol

Congratz! But I dont understand Alamy's prices. Are they showing the full amount you will receive from these stats? Their paying system is too complicated for me haha

Thats interesting. It is also interesting how they calculate the price and the worth of the portfolio? How much would you want to get? And how much aprox does your portfolio generate annually?

Digitally created or manipulated versions of trademarked logos or other brand content
That's my guess for each of them.
This picture was taken on glass for reflection. And chip was held by black plastic behind it. There was fractional removal of that plastic from picture for aesthetics, but it does not change the point of picture. It is not manipulation. By the way there were others photos, where was nothing removed from it. Just simple contrast/color edit. But still rejected for same reason...
Just a guess. The reviewer might see this as a Highly Manipulated Image. In the sense that the Logo is artistically reflected with a chip added. Is this an actual Broadcom chip? Is that the actual Broadcom, unaltered logo?
I'm not being critical, it's nice work. I'm just pointing out, that an artful image, using a name and logo with a artist composition, isn't Illustrative of the actual product or company brand name. My impression of illustrative editorial is it's supposed to be the actual items, not creative interpretations.
I get your point. This chip is from Intel, but still it was rejected with Intel logo in background as well. But Should I somehow to prove for reviewer that it is actually brand made product? lol it is non sense in my opinion Most microchips look similar

I have the same issue as well. Similar pictures with brand would be accepted couple months ago, but now it is rejected, and I don't know why either Illustrative Editorial Issue: - The file includes identifiable people. - The file is news or documentary editorial. - The file did not have a strong editorial concept. Why this pic doesnt have strong editorial concept? Broadcom one of the biggest semiconductor manufacturer in the world. And the pic is visualizing the brand and the hardware

My sales have gone down past 2 months . I feel like some of my port is like shut off. Maybe because of the buyout, they have shot off the selected pictures? I don`t know. And I keep uploading and uploading. Will see if this will change after the buyout. But truly sad, Adobe has done so well and have grown and now the drop.
Same. April and May is very strange months. It dropped a little bit, but there were some days when it looked my sales shuts down. Like one day I get 5 sales, next day 20 sales. In May I got 10proc less sales than April, and 35proc less sales than in March, but still I can't complain much, this year at Adobe is way better than previous ones.

It doesnt look that ordinary customer will be able to use firefly such easy like to search image in stocks. It looks like you will need some knowledge how to use this app, it is some kind advanced photoshop or illustrator. We need to adapt to the changes, there is no time to cry like "They are stealing our jobs".

Sorry, you mean your Adobe software were expired for 2 weeks already and you are currently waiting for the code, but unsure when it will arrive? Is that what you are trying to say? That's right. Also, I am not sure if I will actually get the code. But we discussed it on previous two pages and it is safe to skip
