How many sales do you normally get in seven days? If it's 100 or 1000 then that's slightly worrying. If it's like 5 or something, then you could probably chalk it down to it just being August.
Hello, just sometimes in the potbh 7a21 sells per month but nog i see 10 days in this motnh no more bells is that normal in this season ?

I have software microstockr and have someone also the same problem with account istock/getty account with inlog??

Great app, both for windows and android, easy to use, stable, constant updates, quick user support, really nice for tracking sales and stats, free for now.
BTW iStock/Getty works as of recently, but of course reports the last statement from ESP.

Well as far as I know it's been around a long time for Getty contributors, they have recently adapted it for iStock contributors too, so yes, it's safe. Anyway, all you're doing is uploading a text file, it doesn't have access to your account or anything (I trust you don't register with the same password!).
Unfortunately though it can only interpret the lists uploaded, so as these only date from January, it can only provide data going forward, not historical sales.
If you used DeepMeta (version 2) in the past you can still access details there of course - indeed, it still seems capable of downloading data from historical sales (plus recent credit sales, although they say the royalties are not correct for those), so I suppose you could install it now even if you didn't use it to upload originally and try doing a full download. Won't be accurate of course but still useful perhaps.
Ok thank foor you support but the DM can i also upload the files in the older version or must that be in the new version DM??

At the moment you can't - whether they will provide this again in the future is not clear, though they are promising improvements at some time.
Meanwhile, if you download the .txt file from the "Export" section, then go to https://www.todayis20.com/, register and upload the file, you CAN see a pretty good list showing the images, sales and other stuff. Recommended.

same thing happens to me. it always corrects itself within a few days though. newly approved images seem unstable for the first few days.

before in istock we cound see as contrubutor what they have donwloads from which photos
i hope they will that fix on the new ESP site also?

There are a lot of apps which help to work in microstock, almost all of them require account login and password info. Personally I believe most of the popular apps are completely safe. It would be quite a dumb fraud business to develop multiple versions of software through several years and growing loyal community and then try to steal contributors' money just once. Every popular app like Microstockr as a business and a reputation costs way more than that.
` Yes that's true But what i not understand microstockr pro for desktop is 100% free so they make not money why they do that? for nothing will the sun go up but the producent of the microstock pro they have much work always update and all free sorry that's not normal why they do that??

I think i trust the software not,why
you must give the passwords in every accounts and the pp from the software know now you details from the accounts and you adress money all the profile and that's why i don't trust it its a nice software yes true but i will keep it secret my details
