Hi,

I'm writing here because I have a problem with Shutterstock Contributor Care Support, I cant get any answer from them besides an information copied from Shutterstock website.

Here is my case:

I have a personal contributor account on Shutterstock that I would like to keep and I would like to set up a New Business Account for my company. I found an information on the website that it is allowed but in order to do this I need to contact them first.

I wrote to them three times, explaining whats the case, but each time I didnt receive any specific information. They only sent me this ( newbielink:https://www.shutterstock.com/contributorsupport/articles/kbat02/000006556 [nonactive]) article copied from the Shutterstock website (exactly the same in which I found information that before I set up this account I have to contact them).

I dont know what to do next, because in order to open a New Business Account (as my second account next to personal one) I need to contact them and every time I contact them they send my information that I need to contact them in order to do this.

Is there any way to contact someone else than Contributor Support?

Can someone help me, please?

When you write to them insist that they forward the request to the appropriate Shutterstock Employee...their first line support are shutterstock contributors. If they don't give them a frowny face.

Try their facebook and twitter pages, tell them their outsourced contributor support is shoddy and you would like to speak to Shutterstock.

You can also try some technical support/report issue ticket, this one is usually answered by SS itself.

Last time I used: Other > "All Other Issues" and this one wasn't outsourced.

Sorry for pointing the obvious, but in the link you provide says:

To register as a business, go to our registration page and enter the full legal business name as the full name on the registration page.

So don't you have to apply register from scratch for a new account?

Sorry for pointing out the obvious, but in the link he provided says:

"Please contact us if you or any of your affiliations already own a contributor account on Shutterstock and wish to switch it to a business, or if you have a personal account and wish to create a new business account."
