Is anyone else's contributor page blocked?

Better for me - I can't check every half an hour to see how many downloads I've had .

But would be good to know if shutterstock is down

Not blocked but no thumbnails have shown up all day (UK) so not right either.

I can get in on Firefox but not Safari. Maybe try another browser?

After upload 40 images, just 20 was correctly upload, a lot of image mistakes upload.

Anybody else?

Chrome says the page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources and that the connection has mixed (secure (https) and unsecure (http)) content. Perhaps, this is the reason it blocks the page?

Yep...seems to be down again here. More money lost.

Things are working fine for me on Chrome on a Mac - and today I have only my own images in my sets (yesterday I had other people's images as well).

I also have done some uploads over the last few days and things have worked OK there as well. Possibly it's related to where (I'm on the US West coast) or what you're uploading (photos only)?

Would it hurt them so much to send out a short contributor e-mail explaining where changes were being made and that there might be a few bugs with x, y or z while these were underway? I only see shiny happy blog posts about how to be a better blah, blah blah.

Now if they could just fix the contributor iPhone app so it knew today from yesterday and would update totals reliably we'd be sitting pretty...

Shutterstock has a server and site problem. This is news? The thread for SS problems and broken should be things that aren't broken to keep it shorter.

don't know if they work or not...but zero sale at 15,41 has never happened to me..considering ia batch of 100 has approved yesterday but only today appear in gallery.

New uploads don't contain keywords carried over from Bridge. Can't attach MR. Download map not working and stats not visible on contributor page.

1 images sold only in friday...probably neve happened...images not appear in portfolio...yes there is something going on...or maybe is trump effect:)...anywya two rm sales in alamy save th day.....luckily every day in january there is a site saving the day....is good to have more possibilities.

I just discovered that many many of my images in my portfolio are not displayed when i click on it on buyer SS site !
I understand why my sales have dropped !
I've written to SS to check what is happening. If only 1 on 5 images of my files are displayed when buyer click on it (I've got 2000 images), then I'll make 5x less income than usually
This is extremely worrying. Are you experiencing the same
Could you check if that 's happening with your port and eventually write also to SS contact support so that they do something?

Common bug, yet another one, probably no photo sales are showing, just that old video sale. I had that last month, next day all was back to normal. Or just try waiting 5 minutes, reload the page. But you're right it's a well known and repeating bug.

SS forum, map broken again. Here SS map broken again. Reported month after month. Then soon after it's working again. Personal experience, I saw a video that was downloaded last year, nothing else. Minutes later, all back the way it usually looks. What test? It's broken, something is wrong. Then it's back working. What do you want to test with your images?

Site works here (Chrone on Mac).

But
- Web upload fails very often (more than usual)
- Tampermonkey scripts stopped to work correctly (not price reported)

And
I receive the emails "Status of your recently submitted images" in two, three or even four exemplars each, with all the thumbnails broken

the only thing i see not working is after signing in, "cannot direct to the site" or something like that. then i F5 and it goes in. not sure why. perharps with all the browsers updating .. mostly to enable using it with your mobs, i think that f**ks things up . my guess, as it does the same with many add-ons.. ie with each update, add-ons no longer works. for that i don't update my browser anymore, in case my programs stop working.
