I'm busy getting the survey ready for the 2013 year.  Are there any questions you want asked that weren't asked last year.  I can't promise I'll add them as I want to keep the survey as short as possible (it is already plenty long) but if there is a couple that many people want to see in the survey I'd be happy to add it.  Here are the questions from last year.

If someone makes a suggestion and you like it.. give them a heart and I'll consider those ideas with the most hearts

Something around self-hosting (Symbio or otherwise) and perhaps POD sites e.g. FAA. It seems more and more are earning good money from these sources and so I feel they should be included in the survey if they are replacing dropping sales from agencies. Over coming years we can then see any swing occurring. This information will be vital to an individual's strategy for future years.

How many sites are you on?
And how many of those are you currently actively contributing to?

what about measuring our thoughts about the contributors relations and reliability of the sites.
It can be done in a polite, and yet still very telling way.

I added a question about an all-round favorite and least favorite site which would encompass this a little.

I think a question about POD sites would be good as well - it's not exactly stock but it is an online outlet for many here and it would be interesting to see how those sales stack up against actual stock.
I'd also like to see some numbers for Alamy if they aren't already part of the survey that way.
Thanks!
