I'm working on the bug where network result pagination hangs over footer. However I don't seem to have that reported problem:

http://www.clipartillustrations.com/search-images/background/

Whoever is tuned in - please do a network search where your buddies have paginated results, and see if the pagination is hanging over the footer.

Chico - Cartoonpeopleshop.com does not currently exist - goes straight to bluehost page

Leo - it did on mine until I did the last update with the latest/featured images (not the mini update, I did not upload that).

Whenever I did a search on "dog" you are at the bottom of my network and always hung down into the footer.

My bad! I've moved my site to a new host with a new domain  so I uninstalled there!  I will see about getting my URL updated on the official list sorry!

Comments options for image pages are set. They can now be turned open or closed by default. The initial value is "open" (rather, allowed)

One big oversight on the e-commerce network is that if you leave to go another members site with items in your cart, you cannot purchase them on the other members site. This should be made crystal clear.

If the shopping cart has items in it there should be a - shopping cart warning - before a buyer disappears across the network, so they are prompted to complete their purchase.

Not an oversight - more of a delayed development. I knew this would be a puzzle when I first set up the idea.

After image search is improved, we're going to be going crazy on the network - lots of fun stuff.

The cart issue will have a nice fix -  I plan on making a special network toolbar for customers which logs the sites you've visited as well as carts. I'm just working out some privacy puzzles but should not be a problem.

I'm greatly looking forward to addressing the network and improving it:D In fact, when we are done I rather hope its the first of its kind - regardless of stock photo business.

You talking about a centralised shopping cart?
So customers can complete purchase once and download all the multi site photo's from their cart?

No - definitely not.

When they purchase something, they see on their network bar that there are still unpurchased items on other sites.

I am religiously sticking to independent sales without any complicated funny business. For instance, an easy way out would be to track carts on the central website, but I'm going for a genuine "hivemind" sort of thing without any reliance on a central site...sort of like how fire ants can work as a super-organism but still have their individuality.

It protects the arrangement so nobody (even after I sell this business) can start trying to get in on people's sales, start charging for stupid stuff, and making people overly dependent (again).

Maybe as a temporary thing, have the networked results open in a new window when clicked? That way the customer stays on your own site and has the option of continuing to shop there.

Just a prompt if there are items in the cart should do it.

Clarifying search results would help, something like...

Results from "site name"

Results from the "network" - You have ? items in your cart, complete purchases and download before searching the network.

Not sure if this is a bug or I have done something wrong. I uploaded and processed about 40 images earlier today with no issue, but now I get this error. The image(s) i upload all process correctly and show on my site, but this pesky thing keeps coming up. Bug or me?

php memory limit is my guess, I increased my upload limit to 100mb and the server memory to 128mb and the problem went away.

I will try that. I did already increase the limits, but I think the upload limit is 20mb and the server memory is 512. Thanks Matt.

EDIT: I upped my limits on php.ini. Logged out and back in to wp. Deactivated theme, reuploaded parent theme, reactivated child theme. It is still not processing images correctly, but the one image I just uploaded did not give me that error log. after i clicked Save to Drafts and Process Images, it usually goes back to the blank Process Image page, but it is not doing that. All I see is the heading at the top process images, and the rest of the page is white. When I go to All Images, the upload is there, but the image preview is missing.

I will go back and reread through threads regarding processing.

I have similar problem some time ago. It was watermark related. I upload watermark again and works fine. Now i put my watermark file in a distinct folder not affected by SY updates.

Leo, in the footer copyright section, is it possible to have a box where we can enter a date like in the example below.. (this will be different for everyone, since it may be the year the website was registered or the year the company was founded)

Copyright 2005 - 2013 BusinessName

Can we put that slightly on the backburner/to-do list? But I can see how that would be a need.

I will reupload my watermark file. I have been fussing with that tonight.

sure.. not that urgent..

the reason I want it is because I think it gives the business a sense of credibility.. I will be using the script on an old domain, so it feels right..

I can actually edit it on the parent theme easily, even though I didn't figure out how to do it in the child theme.. But, I thought it is better if it's eventually implemented universally..

Thank you Chico you were right on! I have been messing with my watermark tonight. I deleted the old version and uploaded the new version, but neglected to put the file name in the Settings. It was looking for the old file. I am tired...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!  :D
