I have a couple of questions regarding royalties in regards to Veer & SV.  Hopefully someone can provide an answer...

1) What is going to happen to the royalties earned on SV?
    a) will they be folded into Veer?
    b) will Veer sales be reported and folded back to SV?

2) In looking at my SV royalty detail for May, the detail adds up to a different larger number than what the summary is showing.  Were these sales Veer sales that were reported back to SV?

Thanks!

Hi Click_Click
Hi Jsolie

1). Royalties earned on SnapVillage will continue to be paid out as they have been.
When the SnapVillage site is eventually turned off later this year - you'll be paid out any remaining unpaid royalties (even if they do not meet the usual $10 threshold - similar to how balances were cleared at the end of each calendar year).

Royalties earned from SnapVillage content transferred to the preview version (Phase 1) of Veer Marketplace are reported offline via email. These reports for May will be going out later tonight.
For newly uploaded content to Marketplace - check this thread for futher details on the timeline for when this content will be going live to customers:
http://www.microstockgroup.com/general-stock-discussion/anybody-know-where-to-check-sales-stats-on-veer-mp/msg102969/?topicseen#new

2). VeerMarketplace is a different site altogether - and royalties earned on VMP are not plugged into SnapVillage in any way. This looks like an error - the detail is correct, while the summary is off. Regardless, you'll be paid the proper royalties. It's a visual bug, and all data is correct on the backend.

I still have outstanding payments from March,April,May.

I thought it was monthly payouts if you exceeded $10 ?

Hi All -

Looks like in last week's hubub - some May reports weren't delivered.
I'll work to get these to you ASAP (will go out today).

Thanks,

Both my VMP place earnings and Snapsvillage earnings went through today.
I am encouraged that the VMP earnings are good for the last few months considering that the site is still under development and is yet to be fully launched and marketed. Fingers crossed I look forward to good consistent sales at VMP. Now if only they would stop rejecting my best images ;-)))

I'm still eagerly waiting for my sales report...  can you spare some figures?
BTW did the sales report come to your account log-in adress or paypal adress?

No signs of money or sales reports here (maybe I didn't sell anything?)... I did get my SnapVillage money though.

Care to say how many $$ there were and what portfolio size you have? Or is there a site with similiar earnings?

on par with crestock perhaps.  Not great earnings but ok.  I am not sure if the earnings were from SnapVillage or Veer though.  I am guessing Veer because I never made any earnings on SnapVillage.  So, if it was Veer, that isn't too bad since they aren't even officially open yet.

Thanks! I'm hoping for growth after they get past beta phase and start some marketing. And hope they soon increase their transparency with some download stats, the current situation bugs me a lot.

yeah, they have said on here that stats are coming.  it also says on the site that stats will be viewable.

Still haven't gotten an e-mail. Perhaps nothing of mine sold.

Still no email received, no money received.
Maybe I didn't sold anything, but I would rather know it instead of guessing...

Same here. Under $10 in sales sounds too weak...

Hi Perry -

Royalty update emails were sent to all accounts that had sales activity in the month of May.
You might double-check your spam filters to see if this got caught - otherwise PM me and I can double-check for you directly. In order to minimize the confusion - we'll make sure these get sent out to everyone next month, regardless of activity.

As mentioned before --- this offline email-based reporting setup is a temporary process for Phase 1 Marketplace royalties for content transferred from SnapVillage.

As we approach the customer-facing release later this summer, this process will be replaced by stats and royalty reporting in your account dashboard.

Hi Brian,

I saw "Current month accrued royalty: USD 16.50", but there is no statement to reflect the sales of the current month. Also there is no information of the downloaded images.

Does it mean that Snap will not give us sales details? Thanks.
