So I signed up with 123RF a few weeks ago and uploaded a couple dozen photos to start with.  I have since uploaded a couple hundred.  All of my upload are fully keyworded and even Country associated, but they are all still in the INCOMPLETE category.   There is nothing left to do that I can see, but they just sit there as Incomplete.  Any advice?

They used to be very fast but now they have been taken a long time to review (weeks). You did well, you just have to wait... And for editorial photos they can take months. If you want to be noticed try to write them.

If you email them they usually get it sorted. You will soon realise that their site is very flakey.

I have photos pending for more than 5 months. Editorial even longer.

And it's not worth, they lower the commissions every two or three years.

Contributors should not have to beg for reviews.  My files have been waiting months.  I have to assume something is going wrong over there.  After 9 years of uploading... I've removed them from my distribution list.  I'll invest my time elsewhere.

Wow!  Thanks for the all the great answer.

Many of you suggested that I should try somewhere else.  Where do you suggest?

123RF really shouldn't be a concern about review times or anything for that matter-- they screwed us over by demoting many of us several months ago! I was a level 4 and now a level 2 based on their pure BullSH$% of how they can better serve us with our pay cuts!  >:(

All you can do is to email them. I've had images pending for 6 months. Won't upload anything new on 123rf any more.

I don't know why anybody who reads here would sign up for 123rf

They take 2-3 months to approve my images. I still keep uploading to them as I am still selling 60-80 bucks of images a month.

I think 123 is on life support.  Something happened there where my income went from almost $200 a month to now I can't make a monthly payout.  I have given up providing them content. I have to email them just about every time I upload something.  Just not worth the time.

Pretty sad. They are dying, for some reason.

I have vectors uploaded and still pending since June 2018. I guess, I have to stop uploading for now.

Got a payout last October and then manually deleted my (mainly editorial) 2400 images before asking them to close my account. Commission cuts, low sales and images pending review forever made them not worth the bother. Shame, a few years back they were a decent selling, fair paying, mid tier agency which I was happy to support.

Yes, advise is, remove the images and look somewhere else.

No matter how many people warn others to avoid agencies like this, I'd guess the lure of any small return for hours of work, is an attraction. Read the forum and see all the problems with low payback, slow reviews and poor sales.

Good luck, you'll need it. Come back in 2020 and review how the year went for your uploading effort and begging them to review your files. Please, maybe you can show me wrong? Or if the forum people are right, you might save someone else from wasting their time.

Just had a 0.12 USD sale today, is that the new norm or has this always been around?
