Nothing for me since Jan 23rd. Here is what will happen. Eventually, Boris will check in here. Then for the next 3-5 days, I will get regular reviews. Then it will get stuck again and I will be back here.

WHY DON'T YOU FIX THE PROBLEM OR HAVE THE QUE MONITORED? THE TROUBLE VS WORTH EQUATION IS SHIFTING QUICKLY
Stop the frustrating, drop them. Its not worth the aggravation. 21 cent subs.

BS goes in sleep mode often. My batch is pending since 25th Feb. It would not accept more than 15 images. There is no time limit. First queue has to get over with 15 images then only you would get chance to submit new batch. Learn something from DT which let you submit the photos every week and limit is not for approval queue. Photographer waiting to submit his photos longer than 10 days because someone at BS did not run through the approval queue in time. End result. Like I, many people forget what we uploaded in BS. And truth is some of us never come back. Lesson for BS: Wake up!!! It is morning for long now.

I hope whoever left BigStock last turned out the lights. Reviews still go back to Feb 25. No one answers support email. If no one is going to run the place, I wish Jon would just shut it down.

Another couple of wrinkles in the BigStock upload saga. Every day I upload 10 images. Exactly one of these each day will get corrupted in the upload. Not the 1st or the last, but some random image in the middle returns an error and then it finishes ok.

Also, when I finally got reviews, they used to process 25 at a time, not it is 6, so even if they did keep up with the review, They will always be further and further behind.

I have never had the file corruption problem and my last few batches have been reviewed in 10 or 11 days, all files in a batch at once (I almost always upload in batches of ten).  Sorry you're having those issues but for me they have been fine, just a little slower than in the past.

Support answered me directly. What I thought was file corruption is apparently files over 25mb. Strange that it is always one from each batch, but I'll have to track it.

I also always upload batches of 10. Below is their response to that and mine. Sounds like your results are different than both. The email referencing 'my batch of 6 files from June 8th' I just got, so they are running over 2 weeks for me. Because of the 2 week+ review times and reviewing 6 instead of 10, my files in queue are growing to pretty huge levels.

-------
As far as the number of reviews, I have been uploading 10 images a day for years (although recently it was probably 9 due to the error).

Unfortunately, I don't keep copies of the review emails, but prior to a few weeks ago, the reviews always came in batches of 25. Then I got a few of 21.  Now they come in batches of 6. Below are some of the headers - I don't have any of the old 25, but again. I always upload 10 at a time.

I have over 100 images pending in the queue.  The system does not allow me to push more than 10 images.  It takes over 7 days for reviewers to see your 10 images. So for me, for 100 images, it would 7x10=70 days to get them reviewed.  That's how it works with BS.  The way images are rejected at BS, it would take very long time to build credible portfolio there.  As almost other agency is like that, BS is no different.  Let's go with flow.  No complaints either. BS must know what is best for it.

Thanks, but I'm not talking about what is pending. for me it's 25 and I understand that. I am talking about the files being stuck on the ftp server. Normally, these are pulled down to the pending queue almost immediately. When it gets stuck like this, it requires some manual intervention to get them pushed through. I have about 12,000 images there, so I'm pretty familiar with their process.
