Definitely not for me! My sales are actually getting better and better at Dreamstime!

My Dreamstime portfolio is just 1084 images total and it consists of "Slovakia travel" images mostly. Nature, landscapes and historical cultural heritage sceneries, such as pictures of Slovak castles, medieval towns or outdoor museums.

I have sales almost every day there! I mean, for example today I had 4 sales, yesterday 6 sales, the day before yesterday 7 sales, etc. These sales are of various types, some are subs some are credit sales. Last month I had total 195 sales at Dreamstime! It was actually my best month ever there!

This year I had 385 sales at Dreamstime total, so far.

It seems that pictures of Slovakia are in great demand there recently, maybe because of Slovak Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Who knows? But, I guess, thats the reason.

Anyway, I am very satisfied with my sales at Dreamstime. I really can't say anything bad about them. :D
A reminder that you cannot always make sweeping conclusions based on your own experience for me DT is in slow decline but sounds like you have found an area in demand nice one :-)

So now we have to travel to Slovakia in order to get a lot of sales on DT.  ;D

I knew what they liked years ago when they would buy my images in droves, I assumed Dt's customer base had seriously dropped since then, but I'm open to the possibility that it could just be me who has managed to unlearn how to create good stock.

It may be that indeed their customer base has dropped and those who remain have different demands to the "mainstream". This is what I suspect...whether its worth bothering to try to meet their needs is an individual decision. I focus on what works on SS and anywhere else is a bonus.....

I also do the same like I guess many people do. It is always disappointing though to see sales at Dt drop so much over the years, as it was so good in earlier years. They are like watching your team being up 2-0 at half time, only to see them lose the game 2-3. That's the Dt story for me, how did they let their lead slip? I'm sure they know more than any of us do. Serban will show a figure from time to time in their forum of how many images are being added in a week and he will justify the figure for low sales of individuals, I don't believe this for a moment though. ss add far more images per week and I don't see a significant drop in sales on ss.
