You should receive your CODE (not link) via mail.
Then use it when you want (in one year) via adobe account. That's all.

@Tenebroso You should have twelve months to click on that link and start your free subscription. At least if you already have a (paid) subscription and are logged in you don't see a code which you could enter somewhere later. It was more like okay, code redeemed, next payment due in a year. Don't remember what it was like last year, but this time at least for me it was like that.

Sorry my message wasn't clear. I think you should do as I did and contact Adobe - they were quick to respond, helpful and gave the information I wanted.

I reached 300 videos for 2019 in August, But haven't received the all apps bonus yet. It's been almost 8 weeks. Are the bonuses sent out individually based on when you reached the threshold or are they sent out in batches so some might get them in less time than the 6-8 week time frame and others longer than the 6-8 week time frame?

This is the answer I got after contacting support (as advised by Mat):

Not all contributors who qualify have received bonus codes yet.

It is possible that you may be included in the next wave of emails with bonus codes that are to be sent out, however, we do not have a timeline for when that will be.

If you do not receive an email with a bonus code then it is most likely because the promotions department did not feel as though your account met the requirements.

Ultimately, it is up to the promotions department to determine which accounts will receive bonus codes. We have no influence over their determinations nor can we generate bonus codes.

Last year I got my bonus in September.  This year it showed up on October 22nd.  So there's still hope even if you haven't received it yet.

I didn't think the offer was conditional.  I thought meeting the requirements of image and % was enough.  Matt why the change?

Thanks for sharing this @ouatedeP. I will follow up with you offline to get some more information about who you were communicating with to make sure the language in our email responses is updated. I'm sorry about the confusion.

This isn't a subjective or conditional offer. If you qualify for the bonus code by having 300 files approved in 2019 with a 50% or higher approval ratio you WILL be getting a code. Regarding the timing for when you will get the bonus...The codes are sent out in batches at a predetermined time that isn't necessarily in tandem with the exact time you qualify. There is generally a gap between when you qualify and when your bonus code is emailed. In some cases, artists that have qualified and were sent the bonus code found them in their spam folder so if you feel you should have already received yours, be sure to check there first.

I emailed and got a reply about 2 hours later with the code.
No idea where i didnt get the automated codes when sent but in fairness to support, it was a quick response.

Hi Mat I received a quote last year December I've not used it yet and tried this morning but it told me it's expired. I've never used the code before.

In a naive example, when buying milk we don't credit the cow, but everyone knows the selling company for the quality milk that delivers to us and enjoy using! Further, nobody cares that eventually the cow and it's babies will be slaughtered for meet.

I produce not many animations, but of high quality (and 100% approval rate). So I can't reach the 300 uploads. Last year I did get the code because I sold enough stock. I guess Adobe really went for quantity this year... 

Just received my contributor bonus from Adobe with over 500 accepted assets 90% video - 10% photo , they send me a Photography plan ) nice ...

I received this in a .mogrts contributor email today:
" If you have at least 10 new MoGRTS accepted within 2019, we will notify you and send a redemption code for a 1-year subscription to a CC All Apps plan via email."

I also received my code today and I'm very pleased!

Last year's code is valid till 2021. What did support say when you contacted them?
