currently an open ticket of mine is without response for over a month and is the second time this is happening.

usually had a response at most in 3-4 working days.

how common are for you, long delays from adobe contributor support?

is there a way to inform adobe, regarding this problem with the contributors support?

We typically respond within 2 hours Mon-Fri Xronos. Send me an email and I'll look into this for you.
