I still haven't found where you're meant to send a list of all the uses you're claiming for, I just see the three. I don't have mine on a spreadsheet, I have them on a Word doc, but I could make a spreadsheet if that's needed.
I accept that I must be blind or illiterate, but where do you append the details? I still only see space for three example 'proofs'.

Alamy doesn't list ISBN numbers, are you saying all I need is the sales report from Alamy and DACS will take it from there?

Same for Microstock agency, where I found a list of ISBN numbers, pages and my name. Send that to DACS and they will do the rest? Many more than three.

Reply from DACS "If the Getty or Shutterstock sales report states the type of use (book/magazine), year of sale and country you can use this to claim for Payback." I don't think they do? How do I make a report?

SS:
You email your spreadsheet directly to DACS at info@dacs.org.uk There is nowhere to attach it to the online application
If you have 3 ISBN numbers for each type of use, I don't think they need the spreadsheet.

YY:
You download the report from Alamy and send them the ones that show magazine or book sales in the UK. You need a minimum of 3 UK licenses to make a claim.

Yes - send them the info in the spreadsheet and they will take it from there.

What about SS, IS, FT, DP, DT, and the rest? I have book covers, inside pages and magazines. Found some ISBN on Amazon search. What about the other thousands? Microstock doesn't give us a spreadsheet like Alamy.

So long as  you have got the ISBN & details for the books you have found, you can send them as well. After reading this, I sent the Alamy details and the details of iS in-uses I have found. Of course, not everyone credits as they should, so no doubt I've missed plenty - another downside of RF.
