lose the entrecard banner .. those things are seen as lame even in the hobby blogger circuit. It's not a way of trying to be taken serious. That was actually the very first thing that jumped out at me the second the page opened.

well I guess all I can say is good luck.  You are up against some stiff competition.  The latest drive for photographers, done by DepositPhotos is offering $0.20 / uploaded file and a good referral program.

Here are some initial thoughts on the site.

Ups:

- 50% commission
- Vectors seem to be reasonably priced
- Nice looking site. I really like it!

Downs:

- When uploading vectors, the preview must be no bigger than 270x270. My previews are always 9mp+, and certainly not going through the hassle just for uploading at StockXpose.
- No keyword limit
- Ugly banner ad in the left side of the screen
- No FAQ ? Seriously, I need to know exactly how my images are priced, I need to know whether I'm going to receive 50% of the credits spent or the USD spent, all those sorts of things need to be perfectly clear to begin with.
- Couldn't find any information about where you are based, names etc. - not even an e-mail address! That always looks suspicious to me, I can't help it.

Contact Us takes you to just a form you can fill in.

That can mean one of two things - you have something to hide or you have not put enough thoughts into content of your site.

Bad, bad...

I only had a quick look around, so maybe there is mistakes in what I've written / seen :)

To me the site is clean (except the ad which is just an ugly black box because of the blocker) but looks to me like a template, doesnt seem a lot happening (but I know that its all new <200 photos)

$3 for 30mb image ?? seems too cheap

no contact details, beyond web form ?? who are you, where are you etc.

lots of categories, does the artist selects them as part of upload? (personally the time and wages spent on choosing categories vs expected return means that I wont add any more sites with categories)

I didnt see where artists actually grant you the right to licence the content etc but saw 'As a member of the site You may authorize Stockxpose to offer your own Images for download. The terms that govern Image uploads can be found in the Artist agreement.' - where is it I cant find it (I didnt actually sign up, maybe it is there?).

to my my quick laymans eye TOS is light on with what appears issues, especially comparing quickly to SS etc. I think you want to get a lawyer to write one so that you protect yourself and contributors and specify by which countries laws agreements are bound to etc.

numerous issues but a few things in particular jumped out at me;

Photographers tutorial is not actually an agreement (so hope this isn't artists agreement), but
1.) You must be the photographer of the photo or the artist who created the artwork.
No exceptions. - this means anyone with staff togs / artists etc is out.  Questionable about anyone operating through a company??

You has a capital at each point as if there is going to be a specific definition but there isnt one

This agreement may be revised or updated without notice. You are advised to review it regularly.  - alarm bells ringing here, how often? I'm not checking the TOS weekly in case its changed (imo you should email or notify changes on login like SS / IS).

you may want to check on copyright with vehicles, i dont think blanking the plates is enough (not my area though so not sure here).
Editorial use only images can contain visible vehicle license numbers. - do you take editorial? dont remember seeing it mentioned anywhere else.  It doesnt mention it in the areas about model releases and logos etc

you have "(found here)" for model release but it isn't a link

Forging a model release is a felony and a federal offense, and you could go to jail over such an offense. - in which country :):)

Finally I dont even know what I want hear here :) but as a contributor what are you going to do thats different? (apart from SEO that every single person who starts a micro agency says) I've supported albumo, unluckyOliver, geckostock, Zymm, etc. Crestock is on life support. We upload to a number of small sites such as cutcaster / yay / deposit but basically it costs time and money to upload I want to at least get the feeling that I will some return and say yeah this ones great :)

All the best, hope you do well
Phil

Heh.  I was more commenting on the "L" size for 3 "credits".
Sometimes I like to tease.  ;)
But as it is now, his smallest size will sell for 0.50$. The large one (how large? no info) will sell for 1.50$. He obviously hasn't thought about his pricing strategy yet. If it stays like that, I would (if I ever did) upload resized to M. Nobody in his right mind will upload a 21MP photo for 1.50$.

It's not that bad. L is lower than 2 mpx. And I saw a pic with 5 mpx at XL for 5 creds. A 5mpix file will go as a medium for 6 creds at IS if i'm not mistaken. Not such a big difference.

tried to upload -- did a browse & selected 5 images, then when that failed, just 1 --
both times got error:

'The file has incorrect extention '[extension]  - yet these are jpgs -- the pahge however seems to indicate it may be expecting a zipped file?  if so, why? and why let us select jpgs?

also, looks like it requires a category before allowing upload -  meaning will have to upload many separate times?  is there an ftp option?

Have to upload one file at a time or a zip file of images with the same, category and keywords?

I won't upload to another site that doesn't take my metadata. I've done the work. Uploading should be painless

I find it interesting that your portfolio from "Weendy" includes files from two artists that I work with, and they are two different people. Note the portfolio here:
http://stockxpose.com/index.php?category=5&types=&search=&vd=date&c=all&items=100&user=7269&portfolio=1

File #7441 of the frog reaching out is by artist Julos:
http://www.clipartof.com/details/clipart/53928.html

Three of the dancing ladies (#7632, 7631, and 7630) are by OnFocusMedia:
http://www.clipartof.com/portfolio/onfocusmedia/dancing

I know for a fact that these two artists are completely different people. I dont think they would be selling their images together in the same portfolio under the username of Weendy.

This leads me to believe that you dont really know who you are working with. Who are your artists? Are they signing an agreement stating that they are to only provide THEIR work, not stolen work?

This industry is getting really scary. Who are you? Who are your "artists?" I'm worried for the artists and the customers...

Let's see how quickly the operator of this website removes these obviously stolen images. The real artists should also be made aware and the agencies they are represented by as well so the appropriate legal action can be taken.

It looks distinctly to me that all the images may be stolen __ so whatever you do don't rush to upload there.

For example the fruit in ice blocks within 'truecolors' portfolio are by tforgo who is an illustrator, athough maybe has also become a fantastic photographer too. I'll PM him on IS.

Few contributors, all with small portfolios and every image fantastic stock. Hmm.

Maybe the clue is in the name of this 'site'.

How are they getting the hi-resolution image files.  I believe they are purchasing the image files with stolen credit cards. Since this business is run out of India, they get away scot-free!

TrueColors from StockXpose is selling an iStockPhoto exclusive image...
