Yesterday there was an odd disconnect between sales stats on my page (earnings and earnings by date didn't match up, with sales not appearing), and this morning some of my sales are simply disappearing...when I refreshed my earnings by date stats page just now, expecting to see more sales since I last looked, two of them disappeared instead, leaving me with fewer sales than I had two hours ago.

Anyone else?

I noticed that if I refresh the phone app, some times I have some difference. I guess theirs servers are not syncronized and some are more uptodate them the others.

Yes this has happened a lot in the past but it all goes right after a little while

But these are stats in the same browser on the same computer. When I looked 1/2 hour ago my earnings page showed two more sales than earnings by date, but just now, earning by date shows two more sales than earnings—but both still show fewer sales overall than I had three hours ago.

Yes, there are some problems. First sales show up, and then dissapear. Also earnings dissapear. But they will eventually show up again. But it takes some time.

Yes, it happens to me too. But even if you are in the same browser, each time you refresh a different server will be targeted. SS does not have a single server. Maybe the discrepancy is also being caused by a backend process they are performing (backup, server migration, etc...).

The most important is what Dumc said, the sales must show up again later on!

Just noticed something similar, so came over here to see if anyone else is experiencing it. Noticed an extra $7 or so in my account this afternoon. Refreshed the page an hour or so later and that $7 has now gone.

OK, it's out of control...I've had 35 sales appear and disappear within minutes. And I can't upload vectors. 

My $7 has just reappeared.

The whole system has been acting up in the last 2 days. Can't upload and sales are disappearing and reappearing.

I had sixty bucks disappear a couple of days ago, figure it was just a dodgy credit card...!

I 've sent an email to SS.

Totally crazy. Money total increases with an ODD but no ODD showing in sales. Then later the ODD shows up in sales and the money total reduces to what it was before the ODD. Fortunately the amount with ODD was a pallindrome and I screen snapped it with time code so I have proof. 

Edit: 10 minutes later and it's back to where it should be!

odd counting on my shutterstock as well look really odd . back and forward on the clock during the day . And last few months of sales looks really disapointing , uploading more , getting almost half sales ...

I get all nostalgic remembering when SS was among the highest functioning sites......

Stats Looked strange this morning.  I had a sale that showed on the map and was recorded on the monthly income page (just a record of the sale and which image it was) but the commission value was not shown and the cumulative value did not reflect anything.  Later, everything appeared correctly and it's been fine since.

Don't worry, all will be okay!
