No earning reports in 123RF since March 4, 2022?

Do you also have no earning reports in 123RF since March 4, 2022?

Yes, same here - not a single sale in March reported so far...

Same. Also don't trust 123RF and their reporting in general after some experiences with their IT support.

Same here. Not a big seller, but always had a couple of dl per day.

Yes, that is really strange. I had exactly 2 downloads on March 1 - nothing since then. I never had that before!

Maybe it's just over for 123RF like all small players will eventually fade out.

I just sent an e-mail to 123rf support asking if this is possibly a bug. 10 days in a row without a single download - that is completely impossible from my point of view!

If it stays like this, I will have a test purchase made.

Definately a bug. Never gone a day without multiple sales on the site.

Nothing happened so far. No answer. The bug still exists. No downloads since first day of March - impossible. But at least the payout came in today.

I had refunds of image sales from 2014 and 2016. I'm very close to removing my portfolio from 123RF.

Same here, two from 2016 and one 2019... how is it even acceptable, I've asked them, not to politely, to close my account and I've deleted all my photos...

I seriously doubt this are real refund. I mean, from 8 years ago?? I think, this is just money theft, take a few cents or dollars from each contributor and you got a lot of money

So, today I've got two more refunds from 2016...and photos I've deleted yesterday are back online without me being able to manage them from the dashboard...that's some strange stuff of course with no response from support...
