yesterday was called, i´ll have to wait approx. 1 Day for the next attempt.

Today i´ve pressed the submit-button and was shocked.
Following message appeared:
Uploading is currently disabled due to a recent review of your initial portfolio submission....
...for review at a later date (approximately 30 days from now).

I haven´t uploaded any image.

The Batch Details of my 1st attempt:
Batch ID:.......
08/27/2008

So you can see, i can´t upload before 09/26/2008.
Without any upload, today is called, i should wait another 30 Days.

Any idea, what happened? System malfunction?

I can't help you with your particular concern, but I made the experience, that the shutterstock support team is verry cooperative. Once I had some trouble with my initial submission too, and they solved the problem in less then one day.
so... just write them an email.... I am sure they will proviede some help

maybe I can help, because I had the same problem when I was trying to get in.

This is a glitch in the system. Whenever the time to your next try falls down to less then 1 day, it shows 30 days. It is not a problem, you just have to wait for a couple more hours. You will receive an email today, when it is ok to upload your next 10 images.

Problem solved and i´m in

What is it with their FTP today? I am not able to upload any single file! I use FTP as usual but I cannot see the files in the ToSubmit section then! Does anybody else have the same problems?

Yea, tried to upload a few, but they never show up in the ToSubmit section.  Sort of glad it isn't just me..

Have you uploaded with a ftp-client or with ProStockMaster. I have the same problem only with PSM. I´ve contacted David and he´ll give me a response soon.

yeah i had the problem too, the images showed up after a few hours.

Well, they have not shown up yet. I used Total Commander as usual and this has never happened before. 
On the positive side - I have just sold FOUR photos OnDemand!!! Never have I had more than one OnDemand / day before! 

Still no success in uploading. I am thinking of sending them an email. But seeing that I am not alone, I am not sure about it. I think a lot of other people have already written to them.

I am using Prostockmaster to upload to SS today no problem

I'm having the same problem using cuteFTP. Been waiting for an hour so far, but files have not arrived in the submit area yet.

I can't even get onto the site today. Anyone else unable to get the site to load up?

I can't get on to the site either, so guess something is getting sorted out there.

SS is almost unreachable today, many attempts to at last reach the site, still very slow...

Wow! Now I cannot even see their page! Too bad... When we cannot access their page, buyers cannot either...

I can get onto the sire now, but my ftp uploads have still not arrived.
I guess it could me my fault, my all time total is at $499.90 Maybe they are worried I might get the 10cents needed for an increase in pay

Huh, I do not know what to think about it any more. I has just started working for me again - OK. And I have just sold the 5th OD photo today!!!

I'm having "internal server error" when I try to get on the website

Now it works a little bit. BTW: Since two days, no images were reviewed.
