I tried to request payment at iStock on Monday morning. I selected "Payment Request" and "create support ticket" but got bounced to another area (Payment Schedule, I think?). I saw a post about the "balance" disappearing and deducted that it was just bad timing on my part.
I'm trying again today and getting the same thing. What is the secret to requesting a payment?
I use PayPal. Do I have to wait now until Next Monday and try again?
PS: The FAQ tells me there is no listing for Payment Request?
I so fear that I am going to come across as an idiot. If I can get paid, I'll accept being an idiot.
