Cannot upload to Videoblocks for while.

I've chacked the site setting page, and i've found that there is no space to enter the FTP data anymore. What to do with it now?

It seems they have their FTP broken at the moment.
Try again tomorrow.

+ We have introduced the new batch handling system for ESP and Dissolve.

1. Added an option to remember the batch for the future uploads. The program will use the remembered batch until it will reach the specified size limit or until the program will be restarted.
2. Automatic batch naming option will now keep using the same batch for uploads until the batch reaches the size limit.
3. When the batch reaches the size limit the program will request a new batch name instead of stopping the upload process.

+ Delete hotkey can now be used to remove files.

+ Added an option to block uploading of files without enabled additional formats to CM.

+ The program will now automatically remove the date from the description of Editorial images when submitting to Pond5.

+ Added an option to specify a custom FTP port for Custom FTPs.

+ Added an active mode option for Custom FTPs.

+ Pond5 and ClipCanvas will now use the common Country field.

+ Keywords without specified terms are now grouped in the beginning of the list when opening the iStock terms window.

+ Added support for the Allvago agency in "upload only" mode.

+ Rejected status icon is now red.

+ Upload file preparation can now be canceled.

+ The program will no longer completely reload folder from the disk when refreshing it.
It will only read the files that have been changed since the last load.

+ Added an option to block uploading of files without keyword terms specified to iStock.

+ The program will now display the agencies profile used in the main window title.

+ Added a delay before processing the characters entered into the search bar.

+ The program will now automatically switch to english for ESP to avoid the incorrect keyword terms issue.

+ Uploads stopping can now be scheduled.

+ Additional formats checkboxes for GraphicRiver had been moved to its settings.

+ GraphicRiver category had been moved into the common agency categories window.
In addition, the program will now consider file type when automatically choosing a category for GraphicRiver.

+ Added a scheduled operations log with an option to easily re-schedule operations.

+ Microstock.Plus upload/submission status will no longer affect the common status for a file.

+ Added a task cancel button to the FTP uploads queue window.

+ The program will now automatically remove vector images that had lost EPS files during upload to Shutterstock.

+ The program will now correctly change the codec used when submitting videos recoded to PhotoJPEG to VideoHive.

+ The program will now automatically remove duplicate files from Pixta and VideoBlocks.

+ Non-Apple ProRes will now be automatically recoded to PhotoJPEG when uploading to ESP if the corresponding option is enabled in settings.

No news from Alamy?

Many users reported that it had started working.

When I start the app, Windows asks me if I want to allow changes by SetupStrongCipher. Is this the official update now or is there something fishy? (Haven't used it in a while)

Yes it is part of the program required to make sure .NET framework uses modern HTTPS ciphers.

How to log in to Pond5. This window with the login page comes up every 10 minutes... I select the street sign, numbers, mountains, whatever.. click Login, than the window disappears. Then pops back up in 10 minutes. Endlessly.

I've already contacted them and am currently waiting for their response.

Some of my older HD videos (their accompanying jpeg previews) have ALL their metadata stripped from them...What's going on??

The program keeps the metadata in JPEG previews so if they got removed for some reason the metadata will be lost.

The accompanying JPEG previews are still there and were untouched. It's still only a couple of folders, though. But kinda odd.

The program would re-generate JPEG previews when you open the folder if they were removed.

But the JPEG previews weren't removed or changed at all. I checked the JPEG date to be sure, the last modification date was 2013 and I'm sure the metadata was still there last year. Somehow the metadata was stripped from all JPEGs within certain folders (the oldest videos).

Not blaming StockSubmitter or anything, I'm just wondering how it could have happened.

Great update! It will be great as well if I could sort my collection based on sales, download, alphabetically, or just manually into the position I like.
Thanks again for this awesome software!

Ever thought about adding stats to the package? I pay several hundred dollars per year for stats analysis With the level of active support you provide I am sure you could compete. You would have to provide keyword analysis, RPI, RPD, STR, matching up files across sites and the like so no small task, but a possible route for expansion of services, bringing everything under one roof.

@Noedelhap

But if the JPEGs were not modified since 2013 they couldn't be stripped off metadata? May be it is just not displayed for some reason? Can you try different metadata read priorities (top right combo box in the main window)?

@thepatriast

The program doesn't know about sales and downloads and thus cannot sort based on that.
You can already sort alphabetically (and it is the sort mode used by default).

@Justanotherphotographer

We had considered this. Unfortunately, it would require too much time and money investments to make it a viable feature and it is highly unlikely the profits will cover the costs.

What happened to the user interface?
Today I started the program and it looks much worse than yesterday's

I don't remember exactly but maybe the skin option I used is gone? I'm not sure, but wasn't there something like "Black"? I've always found only that one skin attractive.

You can try the Dark or Default skin, they are dark enough too.

Yes, but contrast is much lower, and buttons look flat.
It's still usable, but the older one was much better

We will consider adding some skin similar to Black.

Maybe i can get used to this "dark" one. My main problem is that the look of the buttons give me the feeling that they are disabled, grayed-out. Probably i can get over it over time..
It's just strange for me that the "Black" skin is the one what's gone as for me it always seemed that it was the one on a higher quality level, never understood the existence of the others.
Wasn't it the popular one?
