Hello,
concerning keywording, is there a way to add single keyword composed of two words (e.g. "new york")

For instance I add the keyword "new york" on the dreamstime web page and there the keyword is splitted in two different keywords "new" and "york". How to avoid the undesired splitting?

I can't find the balance (dollars earned) of the current month. I looked for it in each pixel of the new esp interface and even in the old istock site. I failed.

I joined istock recently (before eps advent)

In other agencies I can see lastest sale and the dollars it brought me. I can see the sales of a day etc...etc...

At istock I have had difficulty in understanding the latest sale....my question is.....on ESP where I can see the latest sale and the dollars earning with the latest sale???

I must confess that I don't know neither of them so well.

At first glance, I prefer qhero because it allows to disambibuate photos in batch.

I am interested in your answers too.

Where can I see the list of my photos with the status attibute....active, pending,to edit.ecc...

I can't find it anymore nor on istockphoto web site neither on esp.

From page esp.gettyimages.com...I click in the upper right corner "Need help?" link. In the next page I click at the bottom "contact us" link...then the new page tells me that the page is not working....so I can't contact IS staff :-(((

Is there another way to directly contact IS?

I want to delete a photo of my portfolio because I see an error that I want to fix.

I would like to navigate on a page of IS site where there is the list of my photos.I don't mean the portfolio but the page where is the status of my photos.....pending, active,...so I can select and delete the one I want.

It seems I can't find this page anymore after ESP coming.

Please help me.

They told me that everything is ok but I AM SURE a decrease occurred...I am really really sure!

At the moment there is no way to escape from PAYPAL  (USD->EUR) that will continue to get fatter and fatter through out our hard works.

The big problem is that there is no alternatives so IT RULES as IT LIKES...it can get our money as it likes.

Have you ever happen at 123rf to see the earning counter to be decreased of few dollars without that any refunds event happened???

Do you mean even on earnings? I knew on microstock....cents for images...while in macrostock even thousand for one image. So in microstock many sales instead on mAcrostock few sales. Am I wrong???

I notice some changes on page of the photo/illustration.

Before changes, when I needed to copy keywords from an image of mine I went on image web page and I selected the keywords.

Now the keywords are not more selectable :-( This reminds me fotolia keyowrds.

How to solve the problem?

I am really disappointed with Depositphotos. I started more than one year ago to uploading. Now I have almost 1800 files (photos and vectors) but really poor results in terms od revenue. In 2016 I got three only payments :-(

I know DP it is not SS but I hope at least to get a payment each month.

I don't know if I have to continue to spend time on this agency or to give chance to other minor agencies....(envato, bigstock, canstock)
