Yes, my past few batches has been very slow to be reviewed as well. That doesn't bother me too much, as long as they get reviewed eventually. But I've noticed a very significant drop in sales for me in 123RF this month. Maybe I've been spoilt with increased sales every month cheers.

With the changes in IS. Does anyone know how that would affect those who submit by using the IMage manager Software?
I'm still lost. Haven't tried it since the change, 'cause I reach my upload limit.
<Updated by ptlee> skip it... I'll just check the iStock forums for Image Manager.
thanks.

IS seems rather nonchalant about the whole situation. Or are they putting up a front, while frantically working behind the scenes?
No doubt this will affect the searches in the short term. Hopefully a solution or more support from IS is given to quickly resolve the situation, so in the long run, things can still get better. The whole idea is a positive move, I guess, but the execution needs some rectification.
My sales elsewhere have been pretty much the same, except SS, which registered my best Monday yet. Don't really think they are related, over the next couple of weeks will tell. Those with big portfolios will see the effect more easily.
Phil, sorry if I sounded too casual in my last posts. I hope you get it sorted out soon.

Sorry to hear that Phil.
There there, don't worry, I'll buy you coffee.
2,400??? I can't imagine the number of edits you have to do. I have a little over 100, and don't know where to start.
On a brighter side, if they go to another site, I reckon your images will also be there, and the commission is better... <grin>
cheers.

Murphy's law at work. I reckon the programmers and sysadmins at IS are peeing their pants and feeling the heat from everyone. This'll really take a while to sort out. But for the cases like 'indiana', it could be triggered by a combination of keywords and catergories, so if (I said 'if') they can trace the error, perhaps, it can be cleared up.
Anyway, I'm a bit confused about the uploading process now, since I reached my limit, and I use their software to do it. Think I'll just wait a week.
I don't have time to go through all my keywords, but looking at a few, the changes are 'generally' ok, with a few oddities coming up.

sales are very slow for me... but I'll keep uploading I guess, since it's quite convenient.
I just hope the sales pick up soon.
That said, the team is quite responsive, and we can see that they are doing quite a lot of work, and innovation on the site features.

Desktop: Viewsonic VX2025WM, value for money IMHO.
Quite often I use my laptop too.

Yup, sales have slowed down for me at DT. It's only just ahead of BigStock for me this month. With a big European influence we have to remember that most of Europe is taking vacations in July/August, making the most of the summer weather.
That makes sense. Let's hope September improves. Thanks, phil.

Had the same problem about an hour ago. Sent them an email. Now, it's ok.
Probably just a glitch.
They're doing fine for me.

Quiet last week, then it woke up yesterday again with some downloads. It's still doing ok for me, for a small portfolio.

Just noticed I have 2 in the queue. So... mathematically speaking, I still have a (slight) chance. -ptlee-

I've been accepted since late July, and my experience so far has been quite good. Fast reviews and interesting structure of folders makes it a very nice experience. I have a small portfolio, but it looks to easily becoming my top 4 if not top 3 earners.
Thanks to those who recommended StockXpert (SX?).
cheers, ptlee

123RF is doing ok for me. The per sales is a nice one, bringing up the average a bit to about 0.28. I've still a small portfolio, but I'll be keeping 123rf.

Just decided to give them a try recently. Hope it gets approved.
So many sites, so little time.

Not sure when they're going to all out for ftp uploads, but I thought I'd just get a feel of the way they work first before the mad rush ;-) Just giving myself a bit of a fighting chance before the big submitters from microstock world comes in.
Yeah... it's going to be quite an increase in uploads. Wonder if Alamy can handle the 'potential' traffic increase.

DT is my #3 site based on revenue, behind SS & IS. Rejection rates are slightly less than IS.
I'm still working on my portfolio (about 140 images online at DT), but from the looks of how things are going for me, DT seems very promising. An good spread of image sales in terms of content and age.
My rest are 123RF, Fotolia & FP, which are all a distant 4,5,6.
