When you email support, do you get an automated reply saying they got your message?
Just trying to cover all the bases, figuring this out.
Maybe they aren't getting your messages?

Even if I no longer expect great sales from a site, I'll still keep selling there so long as they don't do anything dumb with my images.
Sad, but that's my baseline. If you seem honest, and protect my copyrights, I'll sell with you. I quit a couple of agencies with good sales because of image leaks and bad business practices.

If you no longer rely upon income from your microstock, you have jumped.

You don't have "vaccine" as a keyword. Titles aren't keywords on Adobe. Add the words, and it will show up.

Watch out for a new portfolio on Shutterstock featuring those photos.

Started in 2008.
I'm still in, but it's no longer my main thing.
I still enjoy photography, and prefer selling through markets over direct to individuals.
My main income now is from fabric and R-rated coloring books.

I don't think Shutterstock can be saved as long as it's a publicly traded stock. Stockholders (most of whom probably don't have a clue about microstock) want dividends above all else.

That is weird. A quick look at their most recent images shows that their standards are very low.
Maybe they're trying to tighten up?
Nah, you just got a lazy reviewer who gets paid per image reviewed.

There is no way to stick two words together. Even though photographers and buyers alike have been pestering Dreamstime about this for YEARS, they don't seem interested in correcting it.
So, all my images of New Mexico show up for searches for Mexico. I have even seen some in use, labeled as being in Mexico.

I gave up on them some time ago. Review took for-freaking-ever, and then earnings started getting cryptic. I do this for the money, even if it's not a lot of money, that's the goal. Don't screw with my earnings.

I think what's happening is that Shutterstock isn't bothering with it. It's just running on automatic.

I'll still upload on BigStock, and other slow sites. It's not really that much trouble if I'm uploading to other, more active sites at the same time.
If Shutterstock starts doing stupid stuff with BigStock, that will be different. But, so far, no slimy thieves or gaping security holes.
The main problem I have with uploading on BigStock is that the uploader breaks. Some images, after keywording and submitting, still show up as unfinished. I just delete them, and stop uploading for the day.
Reviews are really fast, which is nice.

They're affiliates. If you look at the author names, you'll see they're code for where the images are from, and who they are by.

Please be less oblique.
What specifically are you complaining about?
If this even is a complaint...

At least they have a dmca link at the bottom of the page.

Anyway, why I see grass photos when I am looking for dog?
No idea. In a clean browser, all of the first page in a search for dog ('relevant') feature a dog, as a major or minor feature, except on which is a chbby chap running along a desert road chasing a carrot. Sorting by 'Latest Uploads' I get a lot of 'dog roses' mixed in, plus one landscape which has 'dog' in the keywords, but I don't see a dog. Sorting by 'best selling', I see a lot of images I saw when sorting 'relevant', minus the bloke chasing the carrot, but there is a photo of an empty kennel keyworded 'dog house', 'doghouse', 'dog' and 'house'.
So on the first page of each search, I don't see photos of grass (without a dog or dogs), but if you do, maybe you have DT cookies which are giving you a different sort from me, maybe they factor searcher location into results or , but presumably 'dog' comes into the keywords somewhere.
This is a long standing keyword/search issue that Dreamstime has no interest whatsoever in addressing. Any word put in the description shows up as a keyword. Two word phrases are broken into individual words. They don't see the problem. Maybe if more BUYERS complained, they might do something. However, potential buyers tend to just wander off when they get bad search results, rather than take the time to complain.

You may have to get aggressive to get paid.
GLstock is apparently owned by one person, who also has a day job.

A site like what? One that will allow you to steal stock photos?

Legal, but not good business. The vast majority of those are available online as free large scans. They haven't even been edited for quality.
