It's really stupid. All of my pictures were accepted in the rest of agencies. Getty rejects easily every trademark issue.

Can't understand the reason in SS and AS to make that. Its not a system...they pay peanuts and give inspectors a huge workload they don't have time to review with care and I doubt there is enough oversight to ensure consistency. Maybe you're right, but sometimes I've realized that my rejections in one agency followed a ratio. Maybe doesn't mean nothing. 279

Hi:
Do you know whether there is any copyright restriction to the Basilique du Sacre Coeur building exterior or not? Some of my pictures have been rejected with this reason, but only at Adobe Stock. Thanks. 282

Something seems to go wrong. Very slow sales and tons of stupid rejections, now for "wrong category" (in the second one).

The brands seem to be a lottery. Some brands have no issues in one size and the other disks have a lot more problems (in the tests I mean). I have used cheap disks for ten years with intense use and no problems at all.
I'm going to buy some well known brand as Toshiba, Seagate or WD. 287

I'm thinking about it too.
Thanks for the web. 288

Thank you for your answers.
I'm thinking in 4tb or 6tb maximum. For me It's easier to make a backup because my computer is fine but not new, the usb transfer could be faster. 289
Newbie Discussion / external hard disks« on: August 08, 2019, 01:47 »
Hi.
I have some storage problems (and have seen that increase mi pc hard drives again and again is not a good option). Could you recommend me external hard drives for stock? I'm thinking in 6 TB and several years of use. This is important to me, my external units have worked for years and intense use with no problems (seagate and iomega, about ten years and hard work -one have started to make some noise) but I need a better one as my main drive and would keep the others as backup. I don't want a very expensive one, if possible. Thank you. 290

Thanks for the answers.
I was able to use getty release in all the agencies. Adobe rejected it and have to include names of both parents in their own model. 293

Are you earning a flat $1 per sale or is that your average?Second month there, about 25 USD. Should say "good" better than good.Wow, stills or video? It's the average per download I think. Can't understand my dashboard but in the file exported are 24 downloads for this month and about 24 USD. I just can see the first 7 downloads in my dashboard (have 37) and most on them are on getty. But I'm not sure, still can't understand it. 294

Most of them landscapes and architecture with no people. Creative content and some editorial (15 %). I think I'm selling for 1USD most of them on getty. It's not a great amount but I'm pretty new there. Have to see how it goes next months. Adobe fi it's one of my lowest earners and on Alamy I just have one 30USD download. 296

Hope that it work without picture. In my country, we don't have ID cards, adults or children. Great country. It was a problem with my english. I have printed a small picture of the baby for the release. No problems at all. Just Adobe, as usual, rejected two times the releases. Have to include parent's names (both). In the other companies I think they accept all the releases from the others. No problems. 299

I have already seen the similar letters on SS most of them as editorial, but not all.

Similar to those ones. Rejected by copyright on SS and IS as creative content.
