Hi list,
this feels like a very dumb question - but how do you post on the IS foums? I have registered and logged in, but I can't find any button or link to start a new thread. Is it necessary to be accepted as a contributor? But I think I have seen people asking for advice before they got accepted. 305

Hi list,
IS has some videos where the description says an alpha channel is included. I am preparing some rendered animations, using png with transparency as output. How can I produce a video which includes the alpha channel? One of those videos on IS uses the Motion JPEG A codec, but it was my understanding that this doesn't support alpha, so I am a bit confused. How is this done? 306

Yeah, I am interested in this as well. Since I actually have a whooping 2 sales at SV so far I would be willing to upload some more, but not without FTP.

And did you write to him? In the light of all the technical ignorance at FT it might be helpful to have a direct link to a director of operations. Perhaps he will even listen... 308

I received your email today. Thanks for your help, Brian. If you continue the good work you do here in the forum, SV might eventually become a good agency.

I found the same on my account page and emailed support about it, but never received an answer. I found this thread here just by accident. Maybe you could work on the quality of support a bit as well...
