And yes, I am successful. I have 3 wonderful children, I am a freelancer (not a photographer) and take pictures by the way. And my photos finance my hobby. I am happy - you too?

Funny how jealous is observed what Yuri does or does not. So you can spend a lot of time, you would better invest in photography. It is totally irrelevant whether Yuri has pictures in Mostphots or not. In both cases, it would not matter for your personal success.

Realistically, DP is a "small" agency with relatively little manpower (obviously as your example shows) - so it depends on what to expect from them. But if an agency does not fight for the interests of contributors, it's not an agency in the sense of the word.

I can recommend Zoonar. However, in every case you need patience. You must expect that it will take at least a year before you sell something there. But for that you get a fair payment

You should not only transfer your photos into sRGB, but also explicitly embed the profile before upoading. Many photographers forget this step.

I use Picworkflow from time to time, it helps me a lot because I'm not a native English speaker. In particular, for photos, for which I do not find enough keywords, it helps a lot. I've noticed that quite often words are misspelled. Perhaps there are even more than I notice, since I'm a native German speaker. Nevertheless, a good service, I love it!

Because Bobbigmac checks in here from time to time: Will it ever be possible to receive an invoice from Picworkflow if I buy credits? My tax office in Germany is not happy, when I say I paid xx euros for keyword and other services, but I can not prove it. An Email would suffice as bill. Best regards, rde-orm

Believe it or not - few of us don't speak Danish. To be honest I find using Danish in this thread impolite.
It is not necessary to speak Danish. But you can read it anyway. It is somewhere between English and German.

One should never say never. I know a photographer in Germany who photographed only cats. With a mobile small studio with limited equipment (2 flashes, background paper). And he earns a lot of money. Once through the commissioner, and then by stock agencies.

I would recommend local agencies too. You will not have so many sales, but sometimes a breathtaking high revenue. I sold some pictures this way and I'm sure, that these pics never would made this money in any of the big microstock-agencies over years.
