I just had $5.12 come into my account.

iStockPhoto.com / November earnings statement are in
« on: December 16, 2022, 14:09 »
Fourth best month overall with $1.69 RPD for photos and video combined. This is a lower RPD compared to recent months. So not a bad month but not great either.

Ah ha! I found a back door. Kinda

Right if you're using mobile version go to your top earners. See all top earners where you can view your top earners and see keywords used. Unpaid earnings is also at the top right of that. Clearly visible.

Screen grabbed lol.

Thanks again folks

Good point, only further step I needed to do was turn my device to landscape view.

And here's my last 5 non-exclusive sales. Earnings at far right...

Good ones.
The exclusivity is not compensating the losses incurred from not selling through other platforms.

Yes indeed, totally agree.

Few moments of pure relief when the old dashboard re-appeared on my phone.

Didn't last long before the horrendous jungle was back again.

BME for earnings in November by a significant lead.

Even without the $807 commission, I still would have achieved a second best month.

459
Are the low sales commissions subscription sales? If so someone may be able to advise opt out options, if any. Fortunately I don't get any subscription sales.

460
If you haven't already done so, consider filling out the feedback form. It's only two questions. Maybe with enough 'feedback' they'll reverse some of these absurd changes.

461
Good grief. Must be the result of one of those AI generated art works. Terrible.  :o

Pond5 / Reported sale outside of usual reporting cycle
« on: December 06, 2022, 15:27 »
My Pond5 sales always report once a day at 10.39am AEST or 11.39am AEDT. However, for the first time I've seen a sale dropped in at 1.45 am AEDT. Not complaining, it's just unusual. Maybe all my customers are typically from my area of the world so sales always happen within the usual hours in the reporting cycle. And the commission was pretty good at $58.86. Anyone else have sales report more than once a day?

463
Depends on the time period as well. For me the last five months is way more than the last 12 months given relative big increase in port size.

I had really low sales all last week and then a $70 sale on Friday. Back to low sales again this week so hoping I see something similar again or otherwise improves as the week goes on.

Whoah.... I mean WHOAH!!!

Whoah, indeed! Super well done, Pace!

Thanks Annie, and great to see you drop in the forum again!

I told you, you had what it takes. ;) Nice to see it all come to fruition.

(My husband Nick has been sick. He woke up one morning with the lefthand side of his face paralysed. It was such a shock - he only recently turned 50yo. But fortunately it wasnt a stroke. He has Bells Palsy. Doc not sure what caused it. Perhaps long working hours and stress, but possibly a virus - or maybe even a reaction to vacc. He cant work as well as he used to, so I've been helping out. It may be permanent or just temporary, just have to wait and see. Anyway, sorry to digress, I just wanted to let you know why I might not be around much.

I have been checking in on the forum occasionally, mainly for updates on Adobe PNGs, and then I saw your sale and had to congratulate you. BTW, I hope you and family have recovered after all the flooding. )

Annie, sorry to hear your husband is sick with this... I've never heard of this condition before! Totally understandable why you can't be around much. I join other forum members above to wish you and your husband the very best during this time. Our health definitely takes a priority post-50 years. I turned 52 in September.

My family just sold the house at East Hills where they had some four to five floods just this year 2022 and moved further out South West of Sydney. The home was owned by my dad since the mid-1950s so was very strange to see it go but there were just too many floods along the Georges River where the house and yard extending to the river was and they got tired of it.

And have to laugh at your realization of the title of this thread hahaha. ;D I thought it was good too.

Did you buy a photo or a video?

No. I sold a photo or a video. In this case it was a video.

Despite the biggest EOTM dud this year (felt like it anyway), still ended up having my BME overall in October exceeding my previous best month in July 2022 by 24%. Had a BME on Pond 5, a second-best month on Shutter and a second-best month on iStock. Adobe recovered pretty well toward the EOTM.

Shutterstock is running at 537% better that Adobe in this current month.

Is this comparison for downloads or earnings? I also have more downloads at Shutterstock this month (and most, if not all months, for that matter), however, the earnings are better at Adobe.

Earnings.

ETA it's changed since. Now it's only 499%.  ;D
