Regular month. Bad start into first week, but sales picked up then.

Since January 17 there are no sales registered in my account. Seems impossible, usually I have 20 or more sales a day. Everything else works.
Has anyone checked their sales these days and similar experience or is it just me?

Thomas Cook travel just went bankrupt leaving 600,000 stranded and 21,000 out of work.
Offtopic. I was watching the news showing a Thomas Cook airoplane taking off. Perhaps at least all related stock media to have some boost sales. (in other words, one's death is other's survival...)
Actually, I sold the Thomas Cook logo (I shot it three weeks ago for Adobe editorial) eight times today... Not that it makes me rich, though.

Gavin, I had preferred to sell some images directly to you and leave out SS but I'd also be happy to have sales via SS and links to my port from your site. You might want to have a look into my port, there's a lot of isolated objects that could be useful (actually, duden.de, a german online dictionary uses some of them). Also a lot of vectors, btw. There seems something broken either on shutter's accounting side or on the customer side; usually I have 5-20 downloads on Saturdays and Sundays, but the last download shown in my account is from Saturday morning and nothing since then that is most unlikely to be correct, as it hasn't happened for about 10 years now.
Anybody else with a huge port (mine is 10k files) noticing the same?

Hello Mat, I received a letter stating this:
" if you requested a payout which is still pending, we are cancelling the request and credit the amount back to your account."
But my request is still showing as pending and the money are not showing in my current balance.
Will the request be cancelled or will I receive the royalties?
I got the payment requested on 12th today.

possibly phishing. I hope so. Looks like the mails are send en masse. Not personally addressed, but a simple "Dear #firstname #lastname,".
Maybe Adobe got hacked. Last week also got some phishing mails from EyeEm and 500px.
No phishing. The account balance is real and indeed, 500px got hacked and asked all users to change their passwords. Read the news.

Got a mail from AS today saying they miscalculated my royalties (no further explanation of which files or days). Yesterday I had balance of $96, today it's $-12 (yes, negative).

It looks like the logo has been "adapted", not that your original has been used. I bet LPGA got it through a contest at designcrowd, freelancer.com or 99designs. It is very common at these places to look for illustrations that are not in use as a company logo and then, well, "use it as inspiration". I'd contact LPGA directly, claiming copyright for the illustration and asking them where they got theirs.
