After hundreds of my pictures were rejected within 2-5 seconds, I tried myself at a new discipline today and made some "different" pictures.
What we see there is Gaussian distributed image noise and different colors and sizes - or in short random numbers. 6 images submitted and none of them were immediately rejected?! (see attached image)
Unfortunately I didn't get an answer from the support either, so I guess I'll have to find out for myself what else is accepted.
To be continued...
These images give me serious VCR tracking issue flashbacks.

. I don't think I will ever get to the $100 payment which is a shame because the agency ethos is good, SS on the other hand, my sale DLs are over 10x more for similar photos. Why do the horrible (mean to contributor) agencies get more sales? https://www.dreamstime.com/duns123_info
My sales on Dreamstime are also about 10 times less than what I get on Adobe. Its definitely a lower volume site. The big thing I would say makes a difference is in what you upload. Several years ago on this forum someone asked, Why would someone buy this image? It sticks with me when I take photos. What would someone use Image X for? Some of your photos are really nice, but some of them seem more like snapshots that dont have as much utility. Dont get me wrong, theres a part of me that thinks micro stock sites only deserves snapshots anymore, but people arent going to buy my images that way.

Cow butts are easily confused with skylines. Its a common mistake.

I regularly see ads for my own photos on websites. Its just that Dreamtime, et all buy ads across the internet and since their cookies know youve checked out Photo X, theyre showing it to you. They dont know its your own photo.
Its similar to when you search Amazon for Product Y and all the sudden you start seeing ads for Product Y everywhere.

I have done exactly zero AI work, but that AI warning in Adobe stock when I submit photos scares the crap out me. Does sky replacement count as AI? Probably not, but Im still spooked.

Ditto Her Ugliness. Ive definitely had people buy multiple images in a series and have looked deeper into individual ports if I need similar stylistic items. I suspect the Related Images area on photo pages helps.

We still hold the copyright, but they have taken an perpetual license to use our images and are paying us a one-time payment of an amazing $0.069 per image. At least that's the amount I got for each image. None of us would agree to something like that. But the way the agencies set it up, if you don't leave, you agree.
On a purely per-image uploaded basis, my total is different: $0.118, so the metric must be something else. Mat said it was heavily weighted toward sales totals, so they must be ignoring the pictures I have of box elder bugs that no one has ever bought

I think that it should be read carefully.
The full news says that this decision apply to image "created by AI" without human interactions; and it's very explicit saying it. A machine creating an output without human.
So it cannot be applied to any works created with prompt, or any human interactions
I dont think it would be enough to say I gave the AI a prompt, so its copyrightable. Presumably the specific AI painting at issue in this case came from a prompt. Saying a prompt is enough to assign copyright could create ownership issues with human authors. If I was asked to Take a photo in the style of Jackson Pollock of this mountain or create a short story about a cat who lives in an apartment and solves crimes I would hold the copyright, not the person who asked me to make the work. Now I want to read a story about Inspector Fluffy, PI

The addition of the portfolio categories intrigues me even more, as the major categories are pretty closely balanced with his sales percentages. Ive got a significant imbalance in my portfolio sales as I have all of ten industry images but one of them makes up probably 20% of my total sales across my entire portfolio. I got really lucky with it and keeping trying to replicate it unsuccessfully.

Spike, I agree that the distribution of images would be a big help, but theres no need to be quite that forceful about it. We all tend to get super defensive if someone comes down on us.

The strike is an interesting thought. Jeopardys end credits says they buy stock from Alamy and Shutterstock, so its definitely possible.

They could consider balancing that by paying out 35%-40% instead of 33...
Can you imagine how the other agencies would cringe and die if Adobe raises royalties?
Even 1% more would send a message.
Back in 2020 Adobe restructured royalties, which was a raise for most contributors. I thought that would lock in the other agencies. Instead, shutter stock cut everybody a few months later

SVH is trolling. The best response is to go back to working on your own portfolio and ignoring them.

i've had same experience -100% rejection on 23 lots of 25 submitted a week apart - and i had selected only images that had been taken at other sites
update - next batch had about 50% accepted, latest was 100% accepted, including a dozen Dall-e images. content from same shoots
How do you get Dall-e images accepted? All of mine are rejected for quality.
Well at least Adobe is trying to avoid flooding the database with poor quality images. Hurray to Adobe, I guess
How dare you insult my catalog of 52,000 photos of the same tomato.

What about the Lizard People? Where do they fit into this?
You are probably thinking of the Cardassians here. While they have been described as somewhat lizard like or reptile like, this is mainly based on purely superficial similarities. They are clearly a humanoid species, proven by their ability to successfully interbreed with Bajorans.
I knew Gul Dukat was in the mix somewhere.

also - most likely they are 'chemtrails' (not contrails). depends on altitude and length, and whether it dissipates into a cloud (in which case its a chemtrail). the ones spraying chemicals in the sky are most likely military, although sometimes they go in aircraft that looks like regular aircraft.
Oh honey, we gots a live one here! Lol.
To the OP, youre likely fine as you probably cant identify the aircraft or company.
