The coronavirus is hitting the world economy... as well as the Microstock companies. And this is the reaction. The golden times are gone for EVERYBODY not only the Microstockers.

Many contributors are praising Adobe. What about if Adobe just follows SS?
In my oppinion this is very likely.

Everybody has the freedom to quit Microstocks.

I do stocks full time. For many people with disabilities it´s the only way to earn money... The stock market is the heaven on earth for me.

I love Shutterstock. Is there anybody else who appreciate the service of SS? after reading all these hateful comments, I wonder.

if you google a2zp30.com and search for Shutterstock you find tons and tons of stuff to download. Can anybody tell me, why Shutterstock does not stop this site?

123RF works fine for me. Steady income with usual ups and downs. 4K illustrations, 2 rejections in five years. I have no complains whatsoever. And very nice lady on the phone.

It´s not the question of complexity, it´s the concept behind the image which pays. I have some very simple illustrations which sell very good and I got very complex ones, which flop. They must be unique and up-to-date.

microstock is like any other business. If you run a shop, for example, you will have shoplifter, starting from the first day of your business. Take it like it is. I also guess that everybody has copied someones idea at one time, maybe unknowingly.

old are those, who are in the Microstock business for more than 7 years. They ran out of new ideas. And they remember the golden days.

Going for Microstocks is like any other business, it´s a day by day struggle.

Young people come up with better ideas, are more creative, more innovative. Old people are backward-looking all the time, they simply are stuck in the mud.... and complain. Call it generation gap.

mainstream images are completely out, sparking ideas are always in - no matter what.

it´s dangerous to come here with a half-assed concept, because members will grind you.
