"Further to our earlier email notifying you about a negative adjustment, we sincerely regret our error in stating that only license sales on Feb 12 were impacted, this problem of overpaying royalties occurred during the period Feb 6 13. The adjustments were made for 80745923 and the negative adjustment was 2.75, which is reflected in your available payout balance on Adobe Stock and Fotolia. Please note, if you requested a payout which is still pending, we are cancelling the request and credit the amount back to your account. We are aware that the negative adjustment is not yet shown in your sales activity history or your total earnings and and thank you for your patience while we address the problem."
So, I got two of these, which equaled my $50 or so missing. I find it odd that out of hundreds of sales during that week that just two sales were "overpaid".

I can't get to the first page to process my ftp uploads. It keeps giving me the agreement with no accept button. Anyone else?

I have a very hard time believing $50 of sales were "calculated incorrectly" on February 12th, when that's more than I make in a day. Someone has screwed up royally here.

As some of you noticed there is now a direct link on the dashboard page to "view my statistics" that will bypass the contributor of the week landing page you find by clicking the Insights tab. As I understand it, the Insights page was designed to be more than just statistics and it's likely more will be added to that page as time goes on.
Hey, the stats page defaults to "top sellers". That's not going to change a lot. It should default to "activity" so you can see the activity (sales). Or when I change it, it should hold the choice. Thx.

I reset all mine because they were all random amounts... $97.5, $113.5, $102.5. I also sent an email.

I miss seeing the stream of recent sales with $$ as soon as I lend on contributor page. I just want to know what was sold and for how much and when I can request the $$ (would be nice to have this automated too.) It's possible to see on Adobe, but I need to click 5 times and there is no way to bookmark it as the date get saved into url.
Yes, yes, yes, yes. That's all I want.

I found the survey in my spam folder. For the first question, it took me about 10 clicks to figure out where my contributor level was, lol.
Hey, I made Emerald at some point!

Another Fotolia feature that is missing from AS is the ability to determine the exact sum you want to convert. I had to make a payout request yesterday and eventually got back to Fotolia to be able do it. What is Adobe team thinking - that so many FT contributors avoided AS until the very last minute out of spite or laziness? Maybe they should take a hint.
I agree. I want to type how much of my balance to send. I hate that Dreamstime doesn't let you. Sometimes I go into the source and change it.

The other wrench is that I cant queue up clips in AME. I queue them up and AME randomly decides to output the same file for different jobs. Could be one, could be five. So I have to sit there and output them one by one in PP.

How can they construct something so unintuitive?
Look at what Fotolia had easily available. Duplicate it.
Whats weird to me is my current balance is tiny, but my lifetime earnings are in a huge font. I only care about what I can cash out. That should be easily visible.

Good image. Low color and constrast.
You came back 2 1/2 years after your last post to comment on a photo of eggs? Lol.

My goal is to import a bunch of clips, cut their length, and do color correction.
I've use AE before for this, but the mere headache of importing a folder full of 4k and trying to make proxies for them so I can see them at speed has forced me over to Premiere, where at least the ingest function will do that automatically. I can't believe AE can't do something so basic.

Oh yeah, that's right. We must be in the middle of the makeover. Don't like not seeing the thumbs.

It looks like Canva has a new layout and broke the script. I'll look at it when I have the time.

I'm going to use the Fotolia interface until the very last second Easy to see my sales, my earnings, upload, attach releases, etc.

Note that the images on Stocksy from ASC are not distributed files from their contributors, but wholly owned content of the business. So, if you want your work represented by Stocksy, you will need to apply as a member directly.

My symbiostock shop is still hanging off my site. I have no links to it anywhere. Two weeks ago I got a sale from it. I had to figure out where the money came from, lol. No idea how they got there.

I use PhotoShelter. I spend about $20 a month, I think.

Look at my sets please https://www.shutterstock.com/g/tomgriger/sets I do more that the "mass production". The mass production of countries on Earth worked well for me in the past. The ones showing currently in the front of my portfolio are not the best representation of my work, they are actually one of the worst ones. I agree that such images won't help in any way.
That's even worse. I was expecting lifestyle or something when you talked about more "high end videos" and spending money. Basically, you've got a bunch of generic travel imagery without people and 3d renders. My 3d renders hardly ever sell anymore. Too easy to mass produce them in Russia, I guess. I would stop wasting time one random bodies of land, water and barns, honestly. You've got that. Move on to a more saleable topic. What's 100,000 of images like this actually bringing in?

Just go into the individual forum sections. They just got bumped off the front page by the spam.

I don't understand the whole "essay" spam thing anyways and why they come here. Weird.
