In fact, I like the rgb space of colors, cmyk is more restrictive, but more compatible for traditional press... Btw, thank you for participating here

Hello, I submit eps 8 files from illustrator in rgb (sRGB) to Bigstock. The server generates jpeg with weird colors, as if it had been converted into cmyk. This issue has already been reported but never found a solution. Is there someone out there who can submit rgb eps files to Bigstock without loss of the colors ? I know a lot of illustrators work natively in cmyk format, considering the printing side, and may not have this problem. The same issue happens at canstock, but only yaymicro generates no weird jpeg from eps. I think that the problem comes form the server side, but I don't know if something can be done from illustrator side. Or maybe the only solution is to submit rasterised jpg to these sites. Could you tell me what you know about all that, thank you !

thijsone is right, you have to add the file into a zip. But I was not aware that the customer will get that source file, stupid. I will watermark next time I need.

I like Panthermedia as well.
What's the goal here for those detractors having a portfolio with only a handful pictures and sales at other top agencies ?
Personnaly, I do the upload as quickly I do at FT...

Searching for my images based on the first seven keywords reveals a lot of images in front of mine where the keyword is not even in the first seven order. Normal, you can't know the first seven keywords of someone else picture, the keywords are sorted alphabetically...

"Missing required: map information/release uploaded as a TEXT FILE" I think they are saying that it is required and missing...
Btw, I think that only a person who already uploaded at StockXpert an illustration based on a traced map can help. Thanks for trying, I will wait for their answer.

So did you upload a JPEG with the print screen of the required release information, but they're refusing it? Check if you have assigned the right file. If so, I'd write support.
Regards, Adelaide
Thanks Adelaide, I checked and assigned the print screen, but they want a TEXT FILE... (I think they want to visit the links by copying and pasting the url instead of having to retype those of the jpeg file.) I wrote to support, but I was hoping a more quickly answer here

Here is the message on StockXpert : image rejected by admin_crew (reason: Missing required: map information/release uploded as a TEXT FILE (as requested 3 days ago). Please upload it again with all information required. Thank you very much.
It is an illustration with a world map traced in illustrator from a public domain source. In that case they need information about the source being public domain. I tried by putting the informations in the description, but they really want the text file, and I really don't know how/where I can upload it.
Missing a Property release. Every map/globe must to be uploaded with a valid copyright info with links both to a source image/map and link to map license. Please note that you have 3 days after uploading to finish that process. Thank you very much

That sounds very strange! a .TXT file can't show any handwritten signatures, witch is required in all cases.
Most agencies accepts the scanned release, saved as PDF, and some agencies, including StockXpert normally accepts the scanned release form, saved as JPG.
Are you sure that they ask for a TXT file? - I could imagine that they are rejecting it due to the content, not asking for a txt file...

Thanks fljac, but I am not asking smthg about model release here.

Hello, I hope somebody can help here, how to add map/information release as TEXT file ? In the release manager, you can only upload JPEG files as releases. For previous files, I did a print screen of the text, and send it as jpeg, but they refuse it now. They want absolutely this information as text, and I didn't find how to send them a text file. Help!

They purchase a licence (themself) to resell the image on a product to their customer. An EL is needed, that's all. No matter if a product is printed before or after the sale.
