couple days ago am get notice email from moneybookers that I need switch my personal account to merchant account. I'm get contract for signature and until this my account is locked. This meant that on every money that I receive  need to pay 3.5% and $0.29 per transaction.

Don't know what I will get with this type of account and why I need to switch  on merchant form personal account type...
If you look trought email for security reasons I need to switch on another account type and pay 3,5% for every money receive???

Any experience or advice about all this?

in last 350-450 images I have 98% acceptance ratio... don't know what really is problem. Maybe because I'm exclusive and have hight ranking.

has anyone have assistant to help about lighting on shooting, postprocessing images, keywording, uploading etc...

I need to find someone to help me because last 3-4 photo-shootings it was taken me around month for postprocessing and only 2-3hours for taking images.
Allways have around 4-5 image series waiting for editing (800-1400 images)  and in this business working least what I need to do most and everyday.

Daily working 1-5h for stock (editing images, keywording, uploading...) and mostly is late in night when I'm tired and concentration is on minimum. Because all that submitting only on Fotolia and there have near 6300 images in portfolio.

Planing to start submitting to other major sites and hire someone who will help me about all this. But all this is risk game because If I don't supervise well maybe someone take wrong steps in editing images, keyqording... Wish to say that I need someone who I can trust and who know meaning of stock...

OK, this is my story. Can anyone share his experience with this and how do you pay assistants or people who helping you around organising your stock business.

not to much, but collecting affiliates and helps me to promote my work in local enviroment... many marketing agencyes are contacting me for some projects...

I have many situations like this, most of them is about forgeting lens, model releases etc...

Something interesant I was learn when I'm look behind scene video from one shootin. It is 20min video taken with point and shoot camera and is really disappointing when I see what shoots are missed. You can see what images are taken if you look at image gallery and what is not if see video.

I'm on HP laptop with 2gb RAM, and 2.1ghz centrino CPU... Everything working fine...

After  many programs that I have try best time saver and fastest is ACDSEE PRO 2. Use CTRL+M (don't know name of commant) option for adding keywords on image selections.

soon will purchase Nikon D300 with battery grip. Also, wish to buy 8 GB compact flash memory card but there is many diferences in price. From $70 to $350.  I was see that biger difference is in speed of writing and reading data from card.

What type of card is optimal? Usualy on some shooting I using 5-10 images in rapid fire... ahhah
