Just curious if anyone has been told their portfolio doesn't cut it at Envanto and had their accounts closed. I only make about $30 a month there and expect that email, but haven't received it yet. Just wondering if the culling has started yet.

You're good.. I make 50 dollars monthly and got terminated.

This is really dogdy...pond5 links to wufoo.com that requires me to upload my ID there  ?  Seriously ... WTFF ... to me..anyone can send this link and ask for ID that way.  Pond5 should be able to do things much professional than this.

Some of the photo belongs to a friend and some are generally from stock photo. These sites are offering it downloads for free. Hope anyone who knows the contributors can notify them for a DMCA takedown.

This site seems to be offering wallpaper for free download?  Noticed some of the photos are from stock photos.

Alamy.com / Re: DACS Payback at Alamy

QuoteDoes it cost me anything?

There is no cost to register with us, but we do retain a share of the royalties we collect to cover our costs. In 2007, those costs were 25%. In 2014, they represented just 18% of royalties collected on your behalf. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are always seeking ways to reduce that percentage.

Does anyone knows anything about this ?

Microstock will not die as the demand for cheap photos will always be there. Contributors will die if their cost and profit is not managed correctly.

unbelievable, i'm deleting all my portfolios to become Istock exclusive at the moment right now  ;D  DEL DEL

still no options to mass attach MR/categories and submit photos. not good

Hi , i've just uploaded 300 photos via ftp and ran the "process upload". I get only 30 photos in the process images with no more options. I keep pressing the process uploads however it seem not to be responding anymore. I waited 30 mins there are still 30 photos on "process image" while the remaining 270 is still on my FTP folder.

any solutions ?

Yes, would be great to hear results. especially compared to getty and others...

to be honest, i have some photos exclusively in getty+flickr. the result isn't promising. so i'm not gonna put much hope into anything

Ow you got accepted already, congratulations.

Thanks. From the email it seems that I will have to sign the TOS to be accepted. Anything may happen as it took me weeks to reply that email.  Its not such a big deal really  ;D

I applied many months ago and never heard back, they truly are similar to Stocksy

yes, i did too with no news from Stocksy. For Offset, but instead of applying using normal microstock profile. i used my travel photos instead http://500px.com/malaysiaweddingphotographer.

I believe they won't be happy if I submit the same content from Shutterstock to Offset. Non exclusivity would be beneficial as I already have some editorial/travel from Inmagine and Alamy.

Hi,
Recently i've been invited to contribute to Shutterstock's Offset. just went trough the contributor TOS. it seems images exclusively is not required and contributors are given 30% cut.  Any comments from participating contributors ?

anyone knows if i can get penalized for uploading 30gb of photos to Bluehost ? i'm currently using my pc to host for my website that is running one k-tools photostore. hosting at home proves too much hassle with a lot of technical issues. thinking of migrating to symbio

numbers of downloads are slightly lower but it's yet another BME !  consecutive BME for the past 3 months

avoid it at all cost if you are interested to sell stock images with that. a 18-55 kit lens would perform sharper than that lens.
