I have received a couple of such notices as well, and it really raised concern and anxiety. They were contents I submitted and approved years ago, and if there is a new guideline, I will definitely comply... but strong words such as "Repeated violations may result in the permanent suspension of your Canva account." is a very scary statement. Like everybody mentioned here, it will be too harsh if we got suspended due to content from the past.
