Hi I am trying to complete the W-8BEN for Zazzle for the UK. I received a cryptic and unhelpful reply from their support. Can anyone advise how I complete Part II section 10?

An attempted improvement that makes things worse than they already were. This is a very common German expression which has no good translation in English. It is pronounced "Fair-shleam-besser-oonk" (schlimmer = worse, besser = better).
Just had to share this when someone told me about it....will save me a lot of words!

October 3 and no one posted yet. Overall for me a mediocre month but not awful. Fotolia crashed spectacularly going awol for days....compensated for largely by Alamy coming up with nice sales. Fairly average for the rest though SS would have been down but for some SODS....feel like I dodged a bullet there. Not the big September bounceback I hoped for.

Just had two sales notified by Crestock......out of my huge portfolio on there of 10 images!!! Expecting some sales from yay images anytime soon!

Third Quarter 2016 highlights as compared to Third Quarter 2015:
Financial Highlights
Revenue increase d 15% to $123.1 million
Income from operations increase d 40% to $11.3 million
Net income increase d 129% to $9.4 million
Adjusted EBITDA increase d 17% to $23.0 million
Key Operating Metrics
Paid downloads increase d 8%
Revenue per download increased 5%
Image collection expanded 61% to 102.7 million images
Video collection expanded 64% to 5.4 million clips
Downloads up 8% so not very exciting.......Collection increased by an eyewatering 60% plus...how long can this go on? Sooner or later collection growth will stall surely. This time next year they would need 160m images to keep this up! (and in two years 256m!!)

After not getting any sales for a few days checked the site and have in fact had a few in one case a pleasant 6.44. Seems my email notification is not working...any one else? wonder if its to do with syncing with adobe. As far as I know al my email notifications remain switched on.

I have some Editorial pics taken in open sea any ideas what I should do about location as I believe some sites require a town city etc. Will "north sea" do it or perhaps nearest port?

I see this being advertised for a very low price...is it any good particularly for Raw conversions from Nikon (D7000). I'm still using Capture but fear it might fall over and its not supported now.
