the answer was similar to this (irony): forget about it and leave us alone, we here to making money, not to solve your problem, oh we know, we know, we are so sorry, forgive us

in other words it's my problem, not theirs

same for me 
ESP can't extract IPTC metadata. (testing XMP/IPTC metadata with CS Bridge and Exiftool� nothing)
so i enter it manually

but they say

Embed metadata via IPTC (optional). ESP supports IPTC metadata so will extract any related fields � Title/Description/Date Created/Creator/City/Country/Keywords.
