We are not quite half way through June, but I wanted to post my EPD for this month and a few past months:

June 2019 (Full Month) - $.36
May 2020 (Full Month) -  $.66
June 2020 (MTD)         -  $.51

I think after 3 months checking net earnings and EPD we will know what effect the price change is having.

OK I normally don't track these things, just how much did I put in the bank. But... since you asked, and it's a good easy calculation and anyone else can find it, without doing complicated spread sheets. RPD (Return Per Download) is interesting. Oh and sorry but June 2019 is not relevant, only because of the world economy and the virus. The world has changed.

2020
Jan = .69
Feb = .61
March = .60
April = .52
May = .73
June = .26

 >:(

I added before and after COVID-19 just to try to be balanced. I see now way, at this time, that anything is better for most of us. I'm hard pressed to believe it's actually better for anyone. 2020 is already half of 2018. Not very uplifting.

OK some crunching done.

Total RPD (image plus video) and images only for this year first:-

Jan:- $1.40 total // images =  $0.93
Feb:- $1.29 total // images = $0.77
Mar:- $1.49 total // images = $0.80
Apr:- $1.21 total // images = $0.80
May:- $1.07 total // images = $0.73
Jun:- $1.26 total // images = $0.51

For comparison.  Total RPDs for everything from other Junes:-

June 2020:- 1.26 total // images = 0.51
June 2019:- 1.66 // images = 0.92
June 2018:- 1.79 // images = 1.27
June 2017:- 1.58 // images = 1.47
Lifetime average total (10 years).  $1.04

A few notes, video makes up 10% of my portfolio but 40% of earnings so skews the overall results.  June 2020 ive had in addition to usual, one rare way above average video sale which bring the total up, maybe artificially so.
Ive gone back to 2015 but havent found an image RPD anywhere near as low as the 0.51 at all.

June 2020 based on a few hundred sales so the first days few normal price before the cut shouldn't skew too much.

In overall total it maybe worth noting that my monthly income was relatively stable (within 10% a month for ages) UNTIL April this year where it dropped 40%. May dropped a further 20% on that.  COVID i guess.

Im level 5 images, level 4 video currently so January is going to massively reduce earnings given how big a percentage video sales make up for me.  Old system was top tier earning band.

So for images based on this years averages, im 36% down on earnings per download for images.

As I stated in a previous thread, my RPD has decreased, but not as dramatic as others have seen.  I reasoned my better fortune was due to the On Demand photos faring better than in the past.  Like everyone else, the subs are down.

As we are now two weeks in, I wanted to see where I stand, and if the law of averages caught up to me:

Jan 2020 - 0.63 RPD
Feb 2020 - 0.77 RPD
Mar 2020 - 0.69 RPD
Apr 2020 - 0.72 RPD
May 2020 - 0.55 RPD
Jun 2020 - 0.57 RPD

While I'm doing better than last month, I am still down when compared to the other months of 2020.  Also, May was one of my worst months on SS in about 2 years.

Just for laughs (because, otherwise I'd cry), I looked at June 2019's RPD.  Sure enough, I was getting about 0.75 RPD.  My RPD is down almost 1/3 compared to last year.

I have stopped uploading to SS on 6/1.  My next step may be to disable my portfolio

Lifetime video average

$22.67

I haven't had any video sales on June though. But since April I started having a lot lower RPD from videos.

My sales numbers are not big enough to give a meaningful statistic base over such a short period.
One EL og large SOD more or less has a huge impact on the RPD.

But I have calculated that the RPD for subs is 54% lower, and for OD's 18% lower than they would have been before the cut.

Left it till now to get a clear picture and f*** me is it grim in there:

looking at subscriptions only
May .38
June .17

gone from all subs at 38c per download down to 10c but sprinkled with a sparse few 40c to 47c

RPD total numbers, mostly pictures, level 5

                     SS           AS
June 2018    0.82          0.88
June 2019    0.82          1.06
May 2020     0.73          0.95
June 2020    0.84          1.02

AS was outperforming SS in total earnings for the last 2 years, but in June 2020 SS is better (with plenty of $0.10 sales). Go figure.

Of course, my numbers clearly indicate that I must be a troll paid by SS or other dark forces. :)

Back to work ...

Some more numbers from my side:
Jul '12: 0.41 (first month with SS, about 300 images online)
Apr '13: 0.52
Apr '14: 0.62
Apr '15: 0.60
Apr '16: 0.76 (0.86 incl. Videos)
Apr '17: 0.58 (0.64 incl. Videos)
Apr '18: 1.09 (1.78 incl. Videos)
Apr '19: 0.67 (1.26 incl. Videos)
Apr '20: 0.63 (0.88 incl. Videos)
Jun '20: 0.32 (0.68 incl. Videos)

Overall with SS since 2012: 0.82 - first 3 years images only (images: 0.66, videos: 21.49 (June '20: 15.10))

Until a month ago I thought it is impossible, but now it's reality: MY RPD on DepositPhotos is higher than on SS!

OK so the month is over meaning enough actual data to do a fair comparison...

For me, royalty per image is down 30% and video over 40%!

RPD dropped from a lifetime average of $0.76 for images to $0.53 and video down from $23.05 to $13.41
This is despite the last 12 months generally doing better than my 10 year lifetime average on there.

Im level 5 images and level 3 video.  The 5% drop (30% to 25%) for video is one thing but overall the introduction of insanely cheap subscription packages and the last 2 weeks having a ton of sub $1 sales dragged that down further.
So looks like the % cuts for video arent the worst part - the new almost free packages are having more of an effect (this started in May).
