good morning everyone, I have a problem. I uploaded a pattern made with procreate (jpg, not vector), the repeated motif represents a violin. They rejected it for lack of property release. They did the same for a pattern representing soap bubbles. I thought "there they are, they will have to make a good impression in view of the merger with istock! and now they are becoming more selective than them..." (of soap bubbles!!!! *). Anyway I reupload my pattern with violins, also uploading two photos of my violin, to demonstrate that I had a reference photo, as they want from istock. I do the same with a pattern with flowers, I attach two photos of the flowers photographed at my house. Photos taken with the iphone, avowedly "homemade". Moral, again not accepted: the property release does not meet their requirements. I'm getting hives (I don't know if it's an Italian expression only). I went to see their explanation on property releases, but reading there, it wouldn't even be necessary for a violin and two flowers!!!! Well, I started uploading in 2010, and with shutterstock I had 100% approvals (as well as Dreamstime, and Adobe, but I can't say the same about Istock :D)
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
