These are all from Blackbox, but as SS is the only place that does licenses that high, then they may as well be screenshots of SS earnings... but just 15% higher. Will that do you?
No. This is a juggling of some facts. Such licenses are on the Getty for example. And most likely it was sold to the Getty or Alami.
I have to add you to ignore, because. you write flood, troll and write lies.

Try again Blackbox dont submit to Getty or Alamy!

I told you, you had what it takes. ;) Nice to see it all come to fruition.

(My husband Nick has been sick. He woke up one morning with the lefthand side of his face paralysed. It was such a shock - he only recently turned 50yo. But fortunately it wasnt a stroke. He has Bells Palsy. Doc not sure what caused it. Perhaps long working hours and stress, but possibly a virus - or maybe even a reaction to vacc. He cant work as well as he used to, so I've been helping out. It may be permanent or just temporary, just have to wait and see. Anyway, sorry to digress, I just wanted to let you know why I might not be around much.

I have been checking in on the forum occasionally, mainly for updates on Adobe PNGs, and then I saw your sale and had to congratulate you. BTW, I hope you and family have recovered after all the flooding. )

Now, if you could just provide proof that SS gave you sales due to you emailing them, that everybody you've spoken to has experienced a massive drop in earnings, that SS are stealing etc etc... to demonstrate you're not a liar... that would be much appreciated.
This is spectacular stuff, I've never even heard of a 1k+ sale. More power to people like you

Oh no. So sorry to hear this. Sending best wishes to you and your husband. I know another regular member of the forum have had Bells Palsy (don't want to out them, but they have spoken about it). I believe they made a good recovery, hoping the same thing for your husband.

Oh, thank you so much for your kind words! Its been such a worry. Its good to have some hope.

..

And I just want to say, for any disbelievers, I have seen another video commission from SS as large as Pace's. It was a little while ago and from another fellow Aussie for a top notch drone video. He showed it to me at the time and thought it was a mistake. lol. But it wasn't. I am guessing these will appear in some movie or big ad campaign or similar.

And also, I want to congratulate the person who named this thread. LOL. It took me awhile to work it out until I saw the original reference in the other thread.  ;D

Anyway, thanks guys. wishing you all a good weekend.

I wish your husband and you all the best and especially a speedy recovery.

Greetings to you down under!

To believe or not to believe is a personal matter, as in religion, the church. But a link to a screenshot of the income from the SS would be the best confirmation.
But all this is not very important, it is enough that we saw at least one screenshot in this thread. Previously, such income was only on the getty, but now the unprofitable SS has shown such income. All this is extremely strange and not fair. Most of the creators suffer from a lack of sales, and someone gets $ 800 for one video. SS breaks another bottom!

Great to see your return Annie

I had a similar incident - i woke up one morning and couldn't use my right hand. Scary.  my case was eventually diagnosed as a deposit on cervical vertebrate that pinched the nerve. i eventually was able to get much use restored as the nerve slowly regenerated but still have weak thumb/index finger and intermittent tremor which makes photography more interesting. it's now more of any annoyance than a handicap

No, this is a new low for you!

Instead of appreciating the fact that Pace hit the bullseye due to his skills and understanding of the customer demands, instead of appreciating that SS did a great job negociating a high sale price with its customer, you consider these achievements unfair.  ::)
Maybe you expect SS to take money away from what Pace earned fair and square, and redistribute it in the name of some marxist "fairness"?  ::)

Or it's just plain envy for someone's success?

Annie, sorry to hear your husband is sick with this... I've never heard of this condition before! Totally understandable why you can't be around much. I join other forum members above to wish you and your husband the very best during this time. Our health definitely takes a priority post-50 years. I turned 52 in September.

My family just sold the house at East Hills where they had some four to five floods just this year 2022 and moved further out South West of Sydney. The home was owned by my dad since the mid-1950s so was very strange to see it go but there were just too many floods along the Georges River where the house and yard extending to the river was and they got tired of it.

And have to laugh at your realization of the title of this thread hahaha. ;D I thought it was good too.

Have you seen Pace's port? I am guessing not, otherwise you wouldn't be saying things like this.

Same as the other guy I mentioned above, who is a filmmaker, has an IMBD bio, has his own production company, years of experience and expertise, and sells some of his surplus work on stock agencies.

I have tried duplicating the quality of some of these drone videos, (Zero Talent's videos included), and it takes top quality equipment, expert drone mastery, and great editing. Its very hard to do. That's why I am in awe of these guys.

Times have changed in the stock imagery industry. Mediocre and below quality work just doesn't cut it anymore to consistently earn the big dollars.

What a shame about the family home. I am so sorry, Pace.

(Just had a quick peek of your port. Haven't looked at it for a while, and wow!)

...

To Wilm and Cascoly - thank you so much guys. All the very best to you too!

On SS yes, on other stocks no. On other stocks, you can continue to consistently earn money. But here its not even about the quality of the portfolio, I was just surprised by the amount for the video, which no one had seen on this forum before. We never knew there were commissions like this on SS. And even more so at a time when the income of the majority decreased by 2-3 times.
And I do not think that you are right in your conclusions. The stock industry initially does not imply professionalism, it is an amateur market. Prices for stock content are far from the prices for professional work.

Nice! Not quite as impressive as yours, but the occasional decent sales still keep rolling in to help counter the $0.25 ones!

Got a 3000$ sale yesterday, feels a bit over the top in terms of high sale, previous record was 600$ a couple of months back.

Any idea what kind of license is that?
editorial clip, not exclusive (the file is still live on site and on other sites as well and I was not asked to take it off).

I've only ever had those sorts of figures as negotiated buyouts. Congrats.

Nice.

Also interesting is Council Bluffs likes some of my images too? It's a repeating location.

I had a sub to Wile E. Coyote yesterday Acme, United States $0.13 11/16/2022

Best of this month: Elk Grove, United States    $40.50    11/4/2022

I had offers in the past for the same amount for a buyout and it made sense for that amount, but for a non exclusive this is certainly a great sum.

Thank you.

Wow that's a great amount, congrats!
Really hard to imagine who would like to pay SS about 10.000 to have non exclusive clip, it's so high amount that it could be used for original production instead! Was your clip about an extremely rare subject?
