Hello,

Just curious as to what type of Noise Reduction Software everyone uses. I have been looking at Noise Ninja and Neat Image and leaning towards Neat Image, is one better then the other and does it really improve your chances of having a photo accepted?

Right now I have been using the noise reduction feature in Photoshop Elements.

I use noiseware photoshop plugin, don't like the others.

SS is very obsessed by the noise, other agencies accept low noises.
You can use reduction software only in the low lightings  of your pictures for all agencies and on the whole picture for SS.

Thanks Smithore,

Do you feel the plugins are easier to use or the standalone version? Or does it really matter?

Noise Ninja plug for Photoshop is very easy to use.  Almost no thinking on your part :).

I use Noiseware stand alone and it does a very acceptable job.
