I haven't been able to access my Veer Dashboard in almost a week. I've tried from different computers, and even from different networks. If I go to "Workspace", it's fine. But if I click on Dashboard the wheels just spin until I get a Timeout Expired message.

Anyone experiencing similar issues?

It was down for me last night and this morning, got a message about them coming back soon.  I tried a couple of times today, and got to their webpage, but the dashboard wouldn't load, just some script database error. Eventually, I was able to view the dashboard page, but it took several times.

It's very buggy. After a few refreshes it finally shows up, but it's definitely something wrong with that page. The rest of the site seems to work well, except for the Dashboard page.

I haven't been able to access the dashboard (other parts of the site work) since last weekend or so. It's really not of much concern as sales are so sluggish there, but I find it rather telling that they leave something broken for so long - and no blog entry or any other indication this matters to them in any way...

Is there any way to tell if you made sales, or what your balance is, without using the Dashboard? It's a little unsettling to not have access to your funds, or to see if you are getting sales.  :-\

It seems to be working again.  It's been sluggish loading the page the last few days.  Hopefully it won't lead to them being sluggish with making payments for those of us who are waiting for it.

Least of my worries with this agency.

They started to follow others in absurd rejections, I'm about to quit this agency.
When will these agencies start hiring qualified professional people that have more experience then taking a few photography classes or use the rejection button as a toy.
Microstock is looking more and more like one big kindergarten.

Anyway, site loading is slow, port is not updating for a long time but other then that I can access everything on site.

Same here, but now it eventually appears. I go for coffee or pick up the guitar.

A week later and it seems little has changed. I still can't load the Dashboard.

Things have seemed OK for the last few days, but like Dan, this morning I can't load the dashboard, even with a couple of refreshes.

After the utter debacle of the Alamy partnership I had expected some sort of follow up communication from Veer - via blog, contributor newsletter or here. Then with these outages, I looked for something in the blog. Nada.

Are they just walking away from this - no new development or fixes and just let things chug along hoping to pull in a little more cash from their investment? I stopped uploading when the Alamy thing happened and haven't restarted - waiting for some sort of statement of where they're going with partnerships (and our royalties on such deals).

I periodically get a burst of optimism about Veer - that perhaps it has a future as a top middle tier site. Not feeling that right now.

Not just a dashboard issue anymore -the site went down over 12 hours ago and is still down (there is an apology notice up). On the plus side, that loaded almost instantly without the usual long wait for anything to appear. Regards, David.

ETA OK I may owe Veer an apology here! Just switched browsers (to Google Chrome) and got in as normal. When I switched back to IE9 I'm still getting the apology notice saying the site is down.  Just down for IE users then?

On a fast ADSL2+ connection I can wait around a minute for the dashboard page to show up most days. Sometimes longer. It's amazing how slow Veer can be. Speaking of which, still waiting on review of images submitted OVER a month ago!!

Really wish they would get some of these things together, as I quite like Veer in some respects, but these sort of issues make them difficult to deal with.

Yup, agency has a lot potential and doing good for some but they need to find a better host and stop lagging behind (port updates, reviews, etc)

Seriously, what the heck is going on at Veer?   I guess their definition of "right back" and mine mean something different alltogether.  Right back next week? Month?  Year?

Veer becomes more and more uninteresting for me in any case...
It's normal that the dashboard works not reliable.
It's normal that the rpd and rpi goes down.
It's normal that the inspection time is toooo long.
It's normal that the communication does not work as it should work.
It's normal that the fact, that Corbis is behind Veer, means absolutly nothing.
For me Veer works normal.
But they started hopefully for me.
Long time ago...

They can sort the site out before they'll get any more uploads from me.

Often I get in a chuff because I can't get onto the contributor site (today it's a new one - 505 messages) then I check Veer.com to see if they are in fact still in business and the customer site is always fast to load - never seems to have the same issues (at the same time at least) :)

Great. So they are still selling stuff, just not telling suppliers about what they've sold. Wonderful. Don't you just love it.

For me, the last sale at Veer was July 31 - as if they were taking August off! I keep expecting to hear they're shutting down, but perhaps they'll bring in the crash cart and revitalize the place...
