Jan did eventually reply to my original email but it was more a case of trying to sell me on the 'benefits' of the new  program. There was no response to my question about being paid out if I wanted to close my account.
I am now waiting for a response to my second email.

Did you ever receive a reply to your 'cash-out' request..?

Yeah, about year ago I deleted my images and week ago I requested to close my account and payout. And they promised to pay at the next payout.

Had you reached payout threshold? Or did they agree to payout regardless..?

Yay Images Billionaire

So if they ignore e-mails and there is no automated delete function, how does one delete their account or photos on Yay?

Bite the bullet and delete one by one which is what I will do if I have to; to get away from this horrendous crowd.

To update: I requested payout and closure of account by email which Yay honoured. I'm now happily free of them...

THP Creative

Same here, requested closure of account and payout (WAY under the normal threshold) and they did both. Think I had to email Jan directly from memory to get it done.

Me also, Jan is nice. It's a shame the times we're in, "volume sales" doesn't sell with us anymore... my .10 cent iStock downloads with my inexperienced port paid more than the same size at .25 today... Then volume was real, now its just not.

The only exception is Canva.

Finally closed the YAY account and the images are gone as they promised.

I had great hopes way back in the early days but the sales didn't appear and the final 5 cent sale really did it for me. :'(

Did you get the few cents that they owe you?

They said they would pay so I shall wait and see.

P.S. The money turned up end of March  :)

If you are having trouble getting an answer from us, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] and I'll look into what has happend. We are not ignoring any requests, but we do have quite a lot to do with too few resources, so sometimes we might need some time to get back to you.

Could you tell me what is the approximate length of time is of "we might need some time to get back to you"? I wrote to you and Linda two weeks ago and didn't even receive an auto responder to acknowledge my email. If you don't know which user I am just pm me on msg and I will tell you. Thanks.

From January to late April and no response?   I wouldn't hold my breath.  Jan, Linda and the rest may already be collecting their unemployment cheques.

I've waited more than 6 weeks for a reply to any one of my emails. I've lost patience.
